บทความนี้ช่วยแก้ปัญหา Remote Procedure Call (RPC) ใช้ CPU สูง (30%+) บน Windows 11/10 ทำให้ระบบค้าง ใช้งานไม่ได้ ลองวิธีด้านล่าง
RPC เป็นเทคโนโลยีสร้าง client/server programs ทำงานพื้นหลัง เนื่องจากหลายกระบวนการ Windows ขึ้นอยู่กับมัน ตรวจสอบ CPU usage ได้ใน Task Manager > Processes tab
วิธีแก้ RPC High CPU Usage
- รัน System File Checker (SFC)
- ซ่อม System Image ด้วย DISM
- อัปเดต Network Drivers
- รัน Network Troubleshooters
- Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State
- ใช้ Cloud Reset option ซ่อม Windows
1. รัน System File Checker
SFC เป็นเครื่องมือบิวท์อินซ่อมไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย หากไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย อาจทำให้ RPC ใช้ CPU สูง ให้รัน sfc /scannow ใน Command Prompt Admin
2. ซ่อม System Image ด้วย DISM
DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) ซ่อม Windows system image และ Component Store รัน DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
3. อัปเดต Network Drivers
อัปเดตไดรเวอร์เครือข่ายผ่าน Windows Optional updates หรือโปรแกรมอัปเดตไดรเวอร์
4. รัน Network Troubleshooters
หากปัญหาเครือข่ายทำให้ RPC ใช้ CPU สูง ให้รัน Network troubleshooters ใน Settings
5. Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State
Boot แบบ Clean Boot (โหลดเฉพาะ driver/service ขั้นต่ำ) หาก CPU ปกติ แสดงว่าแอปพื้นหลังบางตัวก่อให้เกิดปัญหา ให้หาและปิด/ลบแอปนั้น
6. ใช้ Cloud Reset option
หายังไม่หาย ให้ใช้ Cloud Reset ใน Windows 11/10 ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ระบบจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Microsoft และติดตั้งใหม่ทั้งระบบ
ควรปิด Remote Procedure Call หรือไม่?
ไม่ควรปิด เพราะบริการหลายอย่างพึ่งพา RPC เช่น Print Spooler, Protected Storage, Network Connections การปิดจะทำให้ระบบทำงานไม่ได้
วิธีสืบสวน High CPU Usage ใน Windows
ใช้ Task Manager > Performance tab ดู CPU overall > Processes tab ดู CPU ต่อกระบวนการแบบ real-time
