เข้าถึง Troubleshooters ได้ที่:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories
ใน Windows 11/10 เข้าผ่าน Settings > Troubleshooters
An error occurred while troubleshooting
หากรัน Troubleshooter แล้วเจอ An error occurred while troubleshooting, A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting ให้ลอง:
1. รัน System Restore
ลองกู้ระบบด้วย System Restore
2. รัน System File Checker
เปิด CMD แบบ Admin > รัน sfc /scannow จะตรวจสอบและแทนที่ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย Reboot ตามที่ระบบแจ้ง หรือใช้ FixWin กดปุ่ม Run System File Checker
3. ตรวจสอบสถานะ Service
เปิด Services Manager ตรวจสอบ Cryptographic Service ว่า Started และเป็น Automatic
4. ล็อกอินเป็น Administrator
ลองรัน Troubleshooters ด้วยบัญชี Administrator ใหม่
5. ใช้ Troubleshooting ทางเลือกอื่น
หาก Online troubleshooters ล้มเหลว ลอง Local troubleshooter อาจเป็นปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ดาวน์โหลด
6. รัน Disk Cleanup
อาจเป็นไฟล์ใน %temp% ให้รัน Disk Cleanup ล้างไฟล์ชั่วคราว
7. ตรวจสอบ Logs
รายงาน Troubleshooting อยู่ที่:
- %LocalAppData%\Diagnostics : โฟลเดอร์ Troubleshooter ที่รันแล้ว
- %LocalAppData%\ElevatedDiagnostics : โฟลเดอร์ Troubleshooter ที่ Run as Admin
- Windows Logs/Application
- Applications and Services Logs/ Microsoft/ Windows/ Diagnosis-Scripted/ Admin
- Applications and Services Logs/ Microsoft/ Windows/ Diagnosis-ScriptedDiagnosticsProvider/ Operational
- Applications and Services Logs/ Microsoft/ Windows/ Diagnosis-Scripted/ Operational
ตรวจสอบดูว่ามีข้อมูลช่วยเหลือหรือไม่
