DISKPART error: The request could not be performed because of an IO device error

DISKPART เป็นคำสั่งสำหรับจัดการพาร์ติชันไดรฟ์ แต่บางครั้งล้มเหลวพร้อมข้อความ:

DiskPart has encountered an error: The request could not be performed because of an IO device error. See the System Event Log for more information.

เป็น Input-Output device error หมายถึงคำสั่งเข้าถึง/จัดการไดรฟ์ไม่ได้ มีวิธีแก้ตามลำดับ:

วิธีแก้ DISKPART IO device error

  1. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ ตรวจสอบสายและ USB
  2. เปลี่ยน Write-protect key ใน Registry Editor
  3. รัน CHKDSK, SFC, DISM
  4. ติดตั้ง/อัปเดต Disk Drivers ใหม่
  5. ตรวจสอบฮาร์ดแวร์

1. รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบสายและ USB

รีสตาร์ทระบบ หยุดบริการพื้นหลังที่อาจขัดจังหวะ ตรวจสอบสายเชื่อมต่อไดรฟ์ภายนอก ลองเปลี่ยนพอร์ต USB อื่น

อ่านเพิ่ม: Diskpart failed to clear disk attributes.

2. เปลี่ยน Write-protect key ใน Registry Editor

คำสั่งเขียนไดรฟ์ไม่ได้ ให้แก้ Registry:

  1. เปิด Registry Editor (regedit)
  2. ไปที่: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
  3. หาคีย์ StorageDevicePolicies หากไม่มี ให้สร้าง New > Key ชื่อ StorageDevicePolicies
  4. ในคีย์นี้ สร้าง DWORD (32-bit) Value ชื่อ WriteProtect ตั้ง Value data = 0
  5. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

3. รัน CHKDSK, SFC, และ DISM

DISKPART error: The request could not be performed because of an IO device error

เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin:

chkdsk /f /r /x  (เช่น chkdsk /f /r /x C:)
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow

คำสั่งเหล่านี้ช่วยซ่อมไฟล์ระบบและไดรฟ์ที่เสียหาย

4. ติดตั้ง/อัปเดต Disk Drivers ใหม่

DISKPART error: The request could not be performed because of an IO device error

สำหรับไดรฟ์ภายนอก:

  1. ถอดไดรฟ์ภายนอก
  2. Device Manager > Disk drives > คลิกขวาไดรฟ์ภายนอก > Uninstall device (อย่าเอาไดรฟ์หลัก)
  3. เสียบไดรฟ์ใหม่ Windows จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์อัตโนมัติ

หรืออัปเดตผ่าน Windows Update, Device Manager, หรือเว็บผู้ผลิต

5. ตรวจสอบฮาร์ดแวร์

หากไม่ได้ผล ฮาร์ดแวร์อาจชำรุด ติดต่อผู้ผลิตเพื่อเคลม/ซ่อม
