Windows Update ของฉัน Disable ตลอดแม้ตั้ง Startup Type เป็น Automatic ตอนเปิดเครื่องก็ Disable อยู่ ทำให้ใช้ Microsoft Store ไม่ได้ ลอง Troubleshooter แล้ว ตั้ง Auto Start แล้ว Start รันสักพักก็หยุดเอง

ปัญหานี้อาจเกิดจาก: ไฟล์เสียหายใน Windows Update เอง ความไม่เข้ากันได้กับ Antivirus 協力廠商 (Antivirus อาจก่อให้ปัญหากับโปรแกรมอื่นรวมถึง Windows Update) Windows Update Service เริ่มต้นไม่ถูกต้อง หรือ Malware Infection ปิด Windows Update เอง

วิธีแก้ไข Windows Update ปิดตัวเองอัตโนมัติ

1. รัน Antivirus Scan
2. รัน SFC Scan
3. Disable/Uninstall Antivirus 協力廠商 (ถ้ามี)
4. Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State
5. Reset Windows Update Components
6. ตั้งค่า Windows Update Components สำคัญเป็น Automatic
7. แก้ไข Registry
8. Reset This PC, Cloud Reset หรือ In-place Upgrade Repair

1. รัน Antivirus Scan

รัน Full System Scan ด้วย Windows Defender หรือ Antivirus 協力廠商ที่น่าเชื่อถือ สามารถทำ Windows Defender Offline Scan ที่ Boot หรือใช้ Bootable AntiVirus Rescue Media

2. รัน SFC Scan

หากมี System File Errors อาจเจอปัญหานี้ รัน SFC Scan ดู

3. Disable/Uninstall Antivirus 協力廠商

ขึ้นอยู่กับซอฟต์แวร์ความปลอดภัยที่ติดตั้ง อ้างอิงคู่มือการใช้งาน
ปิด Antivirus: หาไอคอนใน Notification Area/Taskbar (มุมล่างขวา) คลิกขวาเลือก Disable/Exit

5. Reset Windows Update Components

Reset Windows Update Components ทีละตัวเป็นค่า Default ดู

6. ตั้งค่า Windows Update Components สำคัญเป็น Automatic

ทำดังนี้:

• Win+R เปิด Run พิมพ์ cmd กด CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER เปิด CMD Admin
• พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละบรรทัด Enter:

  SC config wuauserv start= auto
  SC config bits start= auto
  SC config cryptsvc start= auto
  SC config trustedinstaller start= auto

Restart Device ดูแก้ไขหรือไม่ หากไม่ ให้:

• Win+R พิมพ์ services.msc Enter เปิด Services
• หา Windows Update Service
• ดับเบิลคลิก ตั้ง Startup Type = Automatic
• คลิกแท็บ Dependencies > Expand (+)
• จดชื่อ Services ทั้งหมดในรายการ
• ใน Service Manager หา Services นั้นๆ ตั้ง Startup Type เป็น Automatic ทั้งหมด

7. แก้ไข Registry

เนื่องเป็น Registry Operation แนะนำ Backup Registry หรือสร้าง Restore Point ก่อน:

• เปิด CMD Admin
• พิมพ์คำสั่ง Enter:

  reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update" /v AUOptions /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

• พิมพ์คำสั่งถัดไป Enter:

  sc config wuauserv start= auto

• Exit CMD Restart Device ดูแก้ไขหรือไม่

8. Reset This PC, Cloud Reset หรือ In-place Upgrade Repair

หากยังไม่แก้ไขได้ น่าจะเป็น System Corruption ที่แก้ไม่ได้แบบปกติ ลอง Reset This PC หรือ Cloud Reset รีเซ็ตทุก Component หรือ In-place Upgrade Repair
