สาเหตุของ Error 0x4005(16389)
- พื้นที่ดิสก์ไม่พอสำหรับอัปเกรด
- ใช้ Windows Edition ต่างจากรุ่นปัจจุบัน (เช่น ติดตั้ง Pro บน Home)
- Antivirus ตัวที่สามบล็อกกระบวนการอัปเกรด
- คำสั่งตั้งค่า Local Computer Description ล้มเหลวใน Task Sequence
วิธีแก้ Error 0x4005(16389)
- ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ดิสก์
- ปิด Antivirus ตัวที่สาม
- ใช้ Windows Edition เดียวกับรุ่นปัจจุบัน
- ตั้งค่า Uninstall 32-bit process บน 64-bit (สำหรับ .NET Deployment)
- เปลี่ยนคำสั่ง Local Computer Description
1. ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ดิสก์
พื้นที่ไม่พอเป็นสาเหตุหลัก ใช้ Storage Sense หรือ Disk Cleanup ลบไฟล์ขยะ หรือโปรแกรมช่วย เช่น Comet, Cleanmgr+, Duplicate File Finder
เคล็ดลับ: อ่าน อัปเกรดเครื่องที่มีพื้นที่น้อย
2. ปิด Antivirus ตัวที่สาม
Antivirus อาจจับผิด (False positive) บล็อกการอัปเกรด ลองปิดชั่วคราวแล้วลองอัปเกรดใหม่
3. ใช้ Windows Edition เดียวกัน
ต้องใช้ Media เดียวกับรุ่นที่ติดตั้งอยู่ เช่น ใช้ Enterprise Media อัปเกรด Enterprise Edition
4. Uninstall Program as 32-bit Process on 64-Bit Computers
ใช้ได้กับ .NET Deployment เท่านั้น หาก Deploy .NET Framework ล้มเหลว:
- เปิด Properties ของ .NET Installer/Deployment
- แท็บ Program
- ติ๊ก Run installation and uninstall program as 32-bit process on 64-bit clients
- Apply > OK แล้ว Deploy ใหม่
5. เปลี่ยนคำสั่ง Local Computer Description
หาก Task Sequence ตั้งค่า Computer Description ล้มเหลว ให้ใช้คำสั่ง:
cmd /c net config Server /SRVCOMMENT:"%OSDComputerDescription%
ตั้งค่าตัวแปร OSDComputerDescription ตามต้องการ
หาไม่ได้ ลอง In-place upgrade ผ่าน Configuration Manager
