แก้ปัญหา Stereo Mix ไม่ทำงาน/ไม่รับเสียงบน Windows 11/10

Stereo Mix เป็น Virtual Audio Device ที่รวมเสียงทุก Channel เข้าด้วยกัน ใช้เป็น Recording Source ได้ (เช่น บันทึกเสียงที่เล่นในคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน Audacity) บทความนี้แก้ 2 กรณี: ไม่แสดง และ ไม่รับเสียง

กรณี 1: Stereo Mix ไม่แสดงใน Recording Devices

A. Unhide และ Enable

1. Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
2. แท็บ Recording > 右คลิกที่ว่าง > ✓ Show Disabled Devices และ Show Disconnected Devices
3. Stereo Mix จะปรากฏ > 右คลิก > Enable

B. อัปเดต Audio Drivers

1. Win + X > Device Manager
2. ขยาย Audio inputs and outputs และ Sound, video and game controllers
3. 右คลิกแต่ละอุปกรณ์ > Update Driver > Search automatically หรือ Browse ไฟล์จาก OEM

กรณี 2: Stereo Mix แสดงอยู่ แต่ไม่รับเสียง (No Input)

มักเพราะ ไม่ได้ตั้งเป็น Default Device

1. Control Panel > Sound > แท็บ Recording
2. 右คลิก Stereo Mix > Set as Default Device (และ Default Communication Device ด้วย)
3. 右คลิก > Properties > Listen Tab > ✓ Listen to this device > Apply (ทดสอบได้เลย)
4. หรือทดสอบใน Audacity: เลือก Stereo Mix เป็น Recording Device

หมายเหตุสำคัญ

• บาง Laptop/OEM ไม่รองรับ Stereo Mix (Hardware Limitation)
• Realtek Audio Console มักมีตั้งค่า Stereo Mix ให้เปิด/ปิดได้ในแอปของตัวเอง
• Windows 11/10 บาง Build อาจซ่อน Stereo Mix ไว้ลึกกว่าเดิม
