Error 0x80070005 พบในหลายสถานการณ์: Default save location, Office Key, OneDrive, Activation, Windows Update, Task Scheduler, Chrome Update ฯลฯ
วิธีแก้ System Restore Error 0x80070005
- ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว
- Reset Repository (WMI)
- รัน System Restore ใน Safe Mode หรือ Clean Boot
- ใช้ DISM Tool
- Cloud Reset PC
1. ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว
Antivirus บล็อกการเข้าถึงไฟล์ Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > ปิด Real-time protection. หรือปิด Microsoft Defender Firewall ลองดู
2. รัน System Restore ใน Safe Mode / Clean Boot
บูทเข้า Safe Mode แล้วรัน System Restore ดู
3. Reset Repository (WMI)
- Safe Mode (no network) > CMD (Admin)
net stop winmgmt- Rename
C:\Windows\System32\wbem\repository→repositoryold - Restart
- CMD (Admin) อีกครั้ง:
net stop winmgmt→winmgmt /resetRepository - Restart แล้วลอง Create Restore Point
4. ใช้ DISM Tool
CMD (Admin) รัน: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth รอเสร็จ Restart แล้วลองใหม่
5. Cloud Reset PC
หาไม่ได้ แสดงว่า System Corrupt รุนแรง ใช้ Reset this PC > Cloud download ติดตั้ง Windows ใหม่จากคลาวด์
ทำไม System Restore ล้มเหลวบ่อย?
ส่วนใหญ่เพราะ Antivirus/Software ตัวอื่นทำงานพื้นหลังบล็อกการเข้าถึงไฟล์ System Restore สร้าง Restore Point อัตโนมัติ ย้อนกลับสถานะระบบได้โดยไม่สูญเสียข้อมูล
ประโยชน์ของ System Restore
ย้อนกลับสถานะซอฟต์แวร์/การตั้งค่าไปจุดก่อนหน้า ช่วยกู้คืนเมื่อ Update/Install ทำระบบเสีย ควรสร้าง Restore Point ก่อนอัปเดตเสมอ
