แก้ System Restore ไม่สำเร็จ Error 0x80070005 (Access Denied)

บางครั้งพยายามทำ System Restore แล้วเจอ Error code 0x80070005 ซึ่งเป็นข้อผิดพลาด Access Denied ข้อความจะแสดงประมาณนี้:

System Restore did not complete successfully. Your computer's system files and settings were not changed.
Details: System Restore could not access a file. This is probably because an anti-virus program is running on the computer. Temporarily disable your antivirus program and retry System Restore.
An unspecified error occurred during System Restore. (0x80070005)
You can try System Restore again and choose a different restore point. If you continue to see this error, you can try an advanced recovery method.

วิธีแก้ System Restore Error 0x80070005

  1. ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว
  2. Reset Repository (WMI Repository)
  3. รัน System Restore ใน Safe Mode หรือ Clean Boot
  4. ใช้ DISM Tool
  5. ทำ Cloud Reset PC

1. ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว

Antivirus บางตัวอาจบล็อกการเข้าถึงไฟล์ระหว่าง Restore

  • กด Win+I เปิด Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security
  • เลือก Virus & threat protection > Manage settings
  • ปิด Real-time protection
  • หากใช้ Microsoft Defender Firewall ให้ปิดด้วย

2. รัน System Restore ใน Safe Mode หรือ Clean Boot

บูทเข้า Safe Mode แล้วรัน System Restore ดู หากไม่ได้ ลอง Clean Boot (ปิด Non-Microsoft Services ทั้งหมด)

3. Reset Repository (WMI Repository)

  1. บูทเข้า Safe Mode (ไม่ต้อง Network) เปิด CMD Admin
  2. พิมพ์ net stop winmgmt Enter (หยุด WMI Service)
  3. ไปที่ C:\Windows\System32\wbem เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ repository เป็น repositoryold
  4. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
  5. เปิด CMD Admin อีกครั้ง พิมพ์ net stop winmgmt Enter
  6. พิมพ์ winmgmt /resetRepository Enter
  7. รีสตาร์ท และลองสร้าง System Restore Point ดู

4. ใช้ DISM Tool

DISM จะซ่อมแซม Disk Image

  • เปิด CMD Admin
  • รัน: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • รอเสร็จ (อาจนาน) แล้วรีสตาร์ท ทดสอบอีกครั้ง

5. ทำ Cloud Reset PC

หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ผล แสดงว่าระบบเสียหายรุนแรง ไม่สามารถแก้แบบเดิมได้ ให้ลอง Reset Windows ด้วย Cloud Download (ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ติดตั้งใหม่จากคลาวด์)

  • Settings > System > Recovery > Reset PC > Cloud Download

ทำไม System Restore จึงล้มเหลวบ่อย?

System Restore สร้าง Backup อัตโนมัติของ OS และ Settings สำหรับกู้คืนสถานะก่อนหน้าโดยไม่ต้องติดตั้งใหม่ แต่มักล้มเหลวจาก Antivirus หรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่รันใน Background

ประโยชน์ของ System Restore

ช่วยกู้คืนซอฟต์แวร์ของคอมพิวเตอร์ไปสู่สถานะก่อนหน้า ได้หลังจากอัปเดตหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ทำให้ระบบผิดปกติ ควรสร้าง Restore Point ก่อนติดตั้งอัปเดตเสมอ
