วิธีแก้ Xbox Live Error 121010

1. เช็คอัปเดตใน Microsoft Store
2. เช็ค Xbox Live Status (Server down?)
3. เช็ค Antivirus Firewall บล็อกเกมหรือไม่
4. Sign out/in Microsoft Store ใหม่
5. รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter
6. Reset เกมจาก Settings

1. เช็คอัปเดต Microsoft Store

อัปเดต Microsoft Solitaire Collection ใน Store หากมี

2. เช็ค Xbox Live Status

Server Xbox ลง -> Error หายเองเมื่อซ่อมเสร็จ เช็คที่เว็บ Xbox Live Status

3. เช็ค Antivirus Firewall

Firewall บล็อกเกมเชื่อมต่อเน็ต -> Whitelist เกมใน Windows Defender หรือ Antivirus ตัวที่สาม

4. Sign Out/In Microsoft Store

1. เปิด Store > โปรไฟล์ > บัญชี > Sign out
2. ปิด Store, Restart เครื่อง, เปิด Store Sign in ใหม่

5. รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Run Windows Store Apps

6. Reset เกมจาก Settings

1. Settings > Apps > Apps & features
2. หา Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advanced options
3. กด Reset > Restart เกม

Reset จะลบข้อมูลเกม แต่หลายคนได้ Prompt ให้ Restore ข้อมูลเก่า กลับมาได้

Reinstall Solitaire Collection ยังไง?

ผ่าน Settings หรือ PowerShell (จะลบข้อมูลเกมหมด ลองตอนมี Error ซ้ำๆ)
