วิธีแก้ Microsoft Edge ค้าง/ Crash ตอนเปิด PDF

1. Re-download PDF (ไฟล์อาจ Corrupt)
2. Clear Browsing Cache and Data
3. Remove Extensions
4. Reset Edge
5. Change Default PDF Viewer

1. Re-download PDF

โหลดใหม่ที่ตำแหน่งต่างกัน

2. Clear Browsing Cache and Data

Edge > 3 จุด > Settings > Privacy, search and services > Choose what to clear > تิก Browsing history, Cookies, Cached images > Clear Now

3. Remove Extensions

edge://extensions/ Disable ทีละตัว หาตัวร้าย

4. Reset Edge

Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their default values > Reset

5. Change Default PDF Viewer

Settings (Win+I) > Apps > Default Apps > Choose default apps by file type > .pdf > เปลี่ยนเป็น Browser/Reader อื่น (Chrome, Adobe Reader, ฯลฯ)
