Windows เจอเงื่อนไขเสี่ยงระบบ (Bug) จะ Halt System เรียกว่า Bug Check หรือ System Crash, Kernel Error, System Fault, Stop Error
Win XP: Error Reporting แบบ Manual Win 7/Vista/10/11: Automated Reporting
BSOD มักอยู่ 1 วินาที แล้ว Reboot ให้ Disable Auto Restart เพื่ออ่าน Error Code:
Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Advanced Tab > Startup and Recovery > Settings > Uncheck Automatically Restart
โครงสร้าง Stop Error (3 ส่วน)
- PART 1: Symbolic Error Name (เช่น IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)
- PART 2: Troubleshooting Recommendations
- PART 3: Error Number (Hex) และ Parameters (สูงสุด 4 ตัว)

- เช็ค Software/Hardware Changes 近期
- Software มักเป็น Victim ไม่ใช่ Cause เช็ค Hardware: HDD เสีย, RAM ชำรุด, CPU Overheat
- ดู Driver Name ใน Error Details หากมี Disable/Remove/Rollback Driver นั้น (NIC, Disk Controllers, Video Adapters บ่อยสุด)
- Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool
- เช็ค BIOS Update/Reset Defaults
- เช็ค System Resources (Disk Space, RAM)
- System File Corrupt? Boot Safe Mode (Core Drivers Only) > Device Manager Uninstall Suspect Driver หรือ System Restore
- Windows 10 Blue Screen Troubleshooter
Driver Verifier Manager (Verifier.exe)
Tool ระบุ Driver ที่ผิดปกติ: Run As Admin > Create Standard Settings > Select Unsigned Drivers (น่าจะเป็นสาเหตุ) > Next จนจบ
ทำให้ BSOD เกิดตอน Boot พร้อมข้อมูล Driver ที่ผิด แล้ว Update/Rollback/Uninstall Driver นั้น
ระวัง: Driver ที่เจออาจไม่ใช่ตัวร้ายจริง ใช้ discretion
