แก้ไข Windows Update Error 0x800F0825

Windows Updates สำคัญหลายเหตุผล ทุกอัปเดตให้ฟีเจอร์ใหม่ของ Windows 10 หรือทำให้คอมพิวเตอร์ปลอดภัยขึ้น แต่บางครั้ง Windows ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง corrupt update package เมื่อพยายาม install/uninstall update ได้ Windows Update error 0x800F0825 ถ้าเจออ่านบทความนี้เพื่อแก้ไข

  2. Clear contents of SoftwareDistribution & catroot2 folders and try again
  3. Download update package directly from Microsoft Catalog website

1] Windows Updates Troubleshooter

Windows Update troubleshooter มีประโยชน์มากในการแก้ไขและตรวจสอบปัญหา Windows Updates ทำตามขั้นตอน:

แก้ไข Windows Update Error 0x800F0825

  • เปิด Settings กด Windows + X คลิก settings
  • ไป Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooter > Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter

Windows Update troubleshooter จะหาสาเหตุและแก้ไขถ้าเป็นไปได้ มิฉะนั้นทำต่อ

2] Clear contents of SoftwareDistribution & Catroot2 folders and try again

SoftwareDistribution folder เก็บ temporary files สำหรับ Windows Update process Catroot2 folder เก็บ signatures ของ Windows Update package

แม้จำเป็น แต่ถ้าไฟล์ในโฟลเดอร์เหล่านี้หายหรือเสียหาย จะ interrupt Windows update process ต้อง clear contents ของทั้งสองโฟลเดอร์

ทำเสร็จ restart computer เริ่ม Windows Update process ใหม่

3] Download update package directly from Microsoft Catalog website

ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นล้มเหลว workaround เดียวคือดาวน์โหลด latest update ด้วยตนเองจาก Microsoft Update Catalog website ดาวน์โหลด KB ล่าสุด คลิกสองครั้งติดตั้ง update ที่ระบุ
