แก้ "There was a problem starting StartupCheckLibrary.dll" ใน Windows 11/10

Error: There was a problem starting StartupCheckLibrary.dll, The specified module could not be found ไฟล์นี้ควรอยู่ที่ C:\Windows\System32 หากอยู่ที่อื่นอาจเป็น Malware

วิธีแก้ไข

1. เช็ค Antivirus Quarantine

เปิด Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Protection history หา StartupCheckLibrary.dll

  • ถ้าอยู่ใน System32 > คลิก Restore
  • ถ้าที่อื่น > อาจเป็น Malware ให้ลบ
  • ถ้าเป็น False Positive > Add Exclusion / Allow Threats

2. รัน SFC (System File Checker)

  1. เปิด CMD/Admin (Terminal Admin)
  2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
  3. รอจบ รีสตาร์ท

3. Disable Startup Entry ด้วย Autoruns

ถ้าไฟล์ติดไวรัส/เสียหายไม่รอด ใช้ Autoruns (Sysinternals) ค้นหา StartupCheckLibrary.dll > ยกเลิกถูก (Uncheck) เพื่อไม่ให้รันตอน Startup

ต้องใช้สิทธิ์ Admin ทุกวิธี
