แก้ "The Windows Wireless Service is not running on this computer"

ทุกที่ทุกเวลาเราค้นหา Wi-Fi ในระยะใกล้ ต้องทำงาน มี Wi-Fi ใกล้ๆ แต่เชื่อมต่อไม่ได้ ปัญหานี้เกิดขึ้นได้ บทความนี้แนะนำแก้ Error The Windows Wireless Service is not running on this computer ใน Windows 10 เจอเมื่อรัน Network Troubleshooter แล้วไม่สามารถแก้ได้

Windows Wireless Service is not running on this computer

หากเจอ Error นี้ และ Service เริ่มไม่ได้ ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้ (สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน):

1. ตรวจสอบ WLAN AutoConfig Service
2. รัน SFC Scan
3. อัปเดต Network Drivers
4. Reset Winsock
5. ใช้ Network Reset

1. ตรวจสอบ WLAN AutoConfig Service

บริการ (Services) เป็นหัวใจการทำงานของ OS ต้องทำงานอยู่เสมอ

1. Win + R พิมพ์ services.msc Enter เปิด Services Manager
2. หา WLAN AutoConfig ดู Status ว่า Running หรือไม่
3. หาไม่ได้ คลิกขวา > Properties
4. Startup Type = Automatic คลิก Start
5. Apply > OK

ทดสอบเชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi ดู

2. รัน SFC Scan

SFC Scan ตรวจสอบ Protected System Files แทนที่ไฟล์เสียหายด้วย Cached Copy ทำงานผ่าน Command Line มีประสิทธิภาพ

1. Start > cmd > Run as Administrator
2. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
3. รอเสร็จ Restart เครื่อง
4. ลองเชื่อม Wi-Fi ใหม่

3. อัปเดต Network Drivers

Driver เก่า/เสีย เป็นสาเหตุหลักของปัญหา เปลี่ยน Bluetooth และ Network Drivers

1. Win + X > Device Manager
2. ขยาย Network Adapters
3. หา Wireless Adapter คลิกขวา > Update Driver
4. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
5. 

มี Update จะติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ เสร็จแล้วลองเชื่อมใหม่ ต้องตั้งค่า Auto-install Updates ไว้ก่อน ไม่งั้นวิธีนี้ไม่ทำงาน

4. Reset Winsock

สันดานสุดท้าย: Reset Network Configurations ทั้งหมด Winsock Reset จะ Clear/Reset Settings ที่บล็อกการเชื่อมต่อ

1. Start > cmd > Run as Administrator
2. พิมพ์ netsh winsock reset Enter
3. เสร็จแล้ว Restart

5. ใช้ Network Reset

หายังไม่ได้ ใช้ Network Reset ใน Settings
