วิธีแก้ไข "Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้"

รบกวนมากเมื่อบูท Windows แล้วไม่มีเสียง สังเกตเห็นเครื่องหมาย X แดงบน Volume Mixer มุมขวา Taskbar เพราะ Windows Audio Service หยุดทำงาน Windows Services รับผิดชอบฟังก์ชันต่างๆ ของ OS หาก Windows Audio Service ไม่รัน จะไม่มีเสียง

วิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้

คุณอาจคิดว่าแค่ Start Service ก็พอ แต่ถ้า Start ผ่าน Services Window จะเจอ Error "Windows could not start the Windows Audio service on Local Computer" เกิดจาก Service ไม่มีสิทธิ์พอที่จะรันบนเครื่อง แม้จะเป็น System Service ก็ต้องมีสิทธิ์เหมาะสม หากถูกปฏิเสธ Service จะ Start ไม่ได้ ทำให้ไม่มีเสียง

มีวิธีแก้ไขง่ายๆ ให้ Service มีสิทธิ์พอ เริ่มเลย:

เปลี่ยน Log On Settings ของ Windows Audio Service

วิธีหนึ่งคือเปลี่ยน Log On Settings ของ Service ซึ่งกำหนดว่า Service ใช้ User Account ไหนในการ Start เราจะตั้งให้ Log On เป็น Local System Account ควรช่วยแก้ปัญหา:

  1. เปิด Run Dialog (Windows + R)
  2. พิมพ์ services.msc Enter จะเปิด Services Windowวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  3. หา Windows Audio Service (กด W 跳到 Windows Services)
  4. เปิด Properties (ดับเบิลคลิกหรือคลิกขวา > Properties)
  5. ไปแท็บ Log On ค่าเริ่มต้นคือ This account
  6. เลือก Local System account ติ๊ก Allow service to interact with desktopวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  7. คลิก Apply แล้ว OK
  8. เปิด Properties อีกครั้ง คลิก Start เริ่ม Service ดูว่าปัญหาแก้หรือยัง

เปลี่ยน Audio Registry Permissions

หากเปลี่ยน Log On Account ไม่ได้ผล อาจเพราะ User Account ไม่มีสิทธิ์ Registry Audio ให้เปลี่ยน Permissions ให้ Full Control การแก้ไข Windows Registry ไม่แนะนำโดยทั่วไป เพราะการแก้ไขผิดอาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหาระบบ ต้องทำตามขั้นตอนอย่างระมัดระวัง:

  1. เปิด Run Dialog (Windows + R)
  2. พิมพ์ regedit Enter UAC คลิก Yesวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  3. ไปที่ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\MMDevices (Copy วางใน Address Bar)วิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  4. จะอยู่ที่โฟลเดอร์ MMDevices คลิกขวาเลือก Permissionsวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  5. ให้ Full Control กับ Everyone ก่อนต้อง Add: คลิก Add
  6. คลิก Advanced > Find Nowวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  7. จากรายการเลือก Everyone OK > OK อีกครั้งวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  8. ใน Permissions Window เลือก Everyone ใต้ Group or user names ติ๊ก Full Control ใต้ Allowวิธีแก้ไข Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Audio บน Local Computer ได้
  9. คลิก Apply > OK
  10. ปิด Registry เปิด Services Window ใหม่ (ค้นหาใน Start Menu)
  11. หา Windows Audio Service ลอง Start ใหม่ ดูว่าปัญหาแก้หรือยัง
