แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด "Your folder cannot be shared" ใน Windows 11/10

การแชร์โฟลเดอร์ในเครือข่าย LAN (Local Area Network) ระหว่างคอมพิวเตอร์ Windows เป็นเรื่องปกติ แต่อาจเจอข้อผิดพลาด "Your folder cannot be shared" สาเหตุหลักคือการตั้งค่าสิทธิ์ (Permissions) หรือ Password Protected Sharing นี่คือวิธีแก้ไข

สาเหตุและวิธีแก้ "Your folder cannot be shared"

1. ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว

บางโปรแกรม Antivirus บล็อกการแชร์โฟลเดอร์ ลองปิดชั่วคราว ถ้าแชร์ได้ ให้เพิ่มโฟลเดอร์ที่แชร์ใน Exception List ของ Antivirus

2. ให้สิทธิ์ Full Control แก่ Everyone (Advanced Sharing)

1. คลิกขวาโฟลเดอร์ที่ต้องการแชร์ > Properties
2. แท็บ Sharing > คลิก Advanced Sharing
3. ติ๊ก Share this folder
4. คลิก Permissions > เลือก Everyone > ติ๊ก Allow > Full Control
5. OK ทุกหน้าต่าง

คำเตือน: วิธีนี้ทำให้ทุกคนในเครือข่ายเข้าถึงได้แม้ไม่มีรหัสผ่าน หากต้องการความปลอดภัย ให้ทำขั้นตอนเพิ่มเติม:

1. ใน Permissions คลิก Add > Advanced > Find Now
2. เลือก Authenticated Users > OK
3. ให้ Full Control > OK

3. ปิด Password Protected Sharing

วิธีนี้ง่ายแต่ลดความปลอดภัย (อาจเสี่ยงต่อการเข้าถึงไม่ได้รับอนุญาต)

1. Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center
2. คลิก Change advanced sharing settings
3. ขยาย All Networks
4. ที่ Password protected sharing เลือก Turn off password protected sharing
5. Save changes

หากยังไม่ได้ ลองตรวจสอบ Security Properties ของโฟลเดอร์ หรือสร้างรหัสผ่านให้ User Accounts ทุกตัวแทนการปิด Password Protection
