Windows Store เป็นแอปที่ใช้มากที่สุดใน Windows 10 แต่ก็มีปัญหาเยอะ Microsoft พยายามปรับปรุงทุก Update แต่ User ยังรายงาน Error มาก Error พบบ่อย: Try that again, Something went wrong, The error code is 0x80073CF9
แก้ Windows Store Error 0x80073CF9
Error 0x80073CF9 = Severity Failure ตอน Download/Install/Update Windows Apps วิธีแก้:
1. SFC Scan
รัน SFC Scan ซ่อม System Files ที่เสียหาย
2. เปลี่ยนจาก Wireless เป็น Wired Connection
บางครั้ง Download ไม่ได้กับ Wireless ลองเสียบ LAN Cable ตรงๆ Resume Download ถ้าเชื่อม Wired ไม่ได้ ลอง:
1) Win+R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl Enter เปิด Network Connections
2) คลิกขวา Wireless Network > Disable ปิด Wireless ระบบจะบังคับใช้ Wired
เช็คว่าแก้ได้ไหม ไม่ได้ลองต่อ
3. สร้างโฟลเดอร์ AppReadiness
1) ไป C:\Windows (C: = System Drive)
2) คลิกขวาเว้นว่าง > New > Folder
3) ตั้งชื่อ AppReadiness
4) เปิดโฟลเดอร์ ยืนยัน Path = C:\Windows\AppReadiness
Windows Store จะบันทึกข้อมูลในโฟลเดอร์นี้ ตอนไม่มี Store สร้างเองไม่ได้ (Issue ที่แก้แล้ว)
4. ให้ Store เข้าถึง Packages Folder ได้
Error นี้ยังเกิดได้ถ้า AppReadiness มีอยู่ แต่ Store ไม่มี Permission เขียน Packages Folder
1) Packages Folder อยู่: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository (อาจมี Hidden Folders ไปที่ View Tab ติ๊ก Hidden Items)
2) แก้ AppReadiness ต้อง Admin คลิกขวา > Properties
3) Security Tab > Advanced > Continue
4) Allow Full Access ให้ SYSTEM
5) Apply > OK > Restart
