ลอง 2 วิธีนี้บน Windows 11/10
ขั้นแรก disable UAC ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม
หากไม่ได้ ปรับ Data Execution Protection (DEP) settings คลิกขวา Computer เลือก Properties
หากถูกขอ administrator password หรือยืนยัน ใส่ password หรือยืนยัน คลิก Advanced system settings ที่แท็บ Advanced ภายใต้ section 'Performance' คลิก 'Settings'
เลือกแท็บ 'Data Execution Prevention' คลิก Turn on DEP for all Programs and Services except those I select
จากนั้นทำนี้ หากเกมอยู่ในรายการ คลิก checkbox ถัดจากชื่อ หากไม่อยู่ คลิก Add หาโฟลเดอร์ที่ติดตั้งเกม แล้วดับเบิลคลิก executable file ของเกม
คลิก 'Apply' แล้ว 'OK' เสร็จแล้ว 'Restart' คอมพิวเตอร์
หากปัญหายังคงอยู่ แนะนำ disable Data Execution Prevention ลองอีกครั้ง DEP เป็น security feature ไม่แนะนำให้ disable มัน monitor applications ให้ใช้ protected memory อย่างปลอดภัย การใช้งานผิดจะทำให้แอปปิด
เพื่อ disable ให้ copy-paste คำสั่งนี้
bcdedit.exe/set {current} nx AlwaysOff
ใน Windows Start Menu Search Bar กด Ctrl+Shift+Enter พร้อมกัน เพื่อ Run As Administrator
เพื่อ re-enable ใช้
bcdedit.exe/set {current} nx AlwaysOn
