Windows 11/10 devices ไม่ sync กับ Intune หลัง enrollment
ปัญหา sync แปรปรวน 2 นาทีถึง 2 วัน Manual sync จาก device หรือ Intune Azure portal ก็ไม่เริ่ม Windows client ไม่สร้าง event logs ทำให้ยากระบุสาเหตุ
Microsoft ระบุสาเหตุคือ service dmwappushsvc หรือ dmwappushservice (WAP Push Message Routing Service) ถูก disable บริการนี้จำเป็นสำหรับ device management เช่น Intune, MDM, Unified Write Filter
แก้โดยตั้ง service เป็น Automatic ทุกครั้งที่ restart service จะทำงาน ทำตามนี้:
- พิมพ์ services.msc ใน Run (Win+R) Enter
- หา Dmwappushservice คลิกขวา properties
- Startup type ตั้งเป็น automatic แทน disabled
- คลิก Start ให้ service เริ่ม sync
ถ้าทำได้ แต่อยากรู้ว่าทำไม disabled ต้นฉบับ เพราะ PowerShell Scripts ปิด service ไป
ตั้ง Dmwappushservice เป็น automatic ผ่าน Registry
ถ้าต้อง apply หลายเครื่อง เปลี่ยนเครื่องหนึ่ง export key นำไป import อื่นๆ
เปิด Registry Editor admin ไปที่:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\dmwappushservice
หา key START คลิกแก้ไขค่าเป็น "2" (automatic)
คลิกขวา key "dmwappushservice" export ไป desktop import บนเครื่องอื่น
อัปเดต Policies ตอน service disabled?
ถ้าเริ่ม service ไม่ได้ ใช้ Intune management extension รัน scripts อัปเดต policies แม้ service disabled IT admins อัปโหลด PowerShell scripts ใน Intune รันบน Windows devices มี logging ตรวจ error
