ก่อนเริ่ม ตรวจสอบ:
- Restart App
- Internet stable
- Date/Time settings ถูกต้อง
- Restart PC ครั้งหนึ่ง
1] Update Graphics Drivers
Graphics drivers latest และ compatible Windows version ดาวน์โหลดจาก OEM website ถ้า Windows ไม่มี
2] Reset Netflix Windows app
Reset app เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น อาจต้อง sign-in ใหม่
- Settings > Apps > Apps & Features
- หา Netflix Apps
- Select Netflix app > Advanced options
- Reset section > Reset
3] Update Netflix App หรือ Reinstall
- เปิด Windows Store
- ค้นหา Netflix App
- มี update ไหม ถ้ามี update
- ไม่ได้ uninstall แล้ว reinstall
4] Flush DNS และ reset TCP/IP
Netflix app connect server ไม่ได้ = black screen DNS resolve IP ไม่ได้ เพราะ IP ไม่ valid Flush DNS, Reset TCP/IP ลองเปลี่ยน DNS เป็น Google (8.8.8.8)
5] ติดตั้ง Silverlight เวอร์ชันล่าสุด
Netflix ใช้ Silverlight stream บน Windows 10 ดาวน์โหลดจาก Microsoft website ติดตั้ง Restart เช็ค
6] ให้ Netflix ใช้ graphics card/GPU
ตั้งให้ Netflix ใช้ graphics card exclusive เพื่อ performance
7] ลบไฟล์ mspr.hds
Netflix videos DRM protected ใช้ Microsoft PlayReady (DRM) มักทำให้ streaming ผิดปกติ แก้โดยลบ mspr.hds จะบังคับ Windows สร้างใหม่ clean
- File Explorer ไป C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady\
- Select mspr.hds files ลบ Empty Recycle Bin
- ลบไฟล์ใน C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DRM ด้วย
- Restart PC เปิด Netflix app ใหม่
8] เช็ค Netflix status
เช็ค Netflix down หรือไม่ ถ้ามี error code ค้นหาที่นี่
