หากเจอ Stop Error INTERNAL POWER ERROR bugcheck code 0x000000A0 แสดงว่า power policy manager มี fatal error อาจเพราะขนาด Hibernate file บทความนี้ช่วยแก้ BSOD นี้
Parameters ของ error:
- Parameter 1 = 0x0000000B
- Parameter 2 = ขนาด hibernation file (bytes)
- Parameter 3 = bytes ที่เหลือต้อง compress/เขียน hibernation file
- Parameter 4 = unused
INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR BSOD
เพิ่มขนาด hyberfil.sys (Hibernate) file จะแก้ได้มากที่สุด แต่รายการวิธีที่อาจช่วย:
- Update drivers
- Check Device performance and health
- Run ChkDsk
- เพิ่มขนาด Hibernation file
- Run Troubleshooters
- Run Windows Defender Offline
- Uninstall recently installed Software
- Disconnect external hardware และ USBs
1] Update drivers
เช็ค Windows Update มี driver updates ไหม ไม่อยากรอ ติดตั้ง manual จาก OEM website
2] Check Device performance and health
เปิด Windows Defender Security Center เช็คไอคอนเหลืองข้าง Device performance and health คลิก View report อาจเห็น Health Report ชี้ Storage Capacity, Device Drivers, Apps and Software
3] Run ChkDsk
ถ้า error เกี่ยว storage/hard disk errors รัน chkdsk ใน command prompt แก้
ถ้าไม่แก้ อาจต้องเปลี่ยน hard drive backup ข้อมูลก่อน ใช้เป็น secondary drive ได้
4] เพิ่มขนาด Hibernation file
Command Prompt admin รัน:
powercfg /hibernate /size 100
Default 40% ใน Windows 10 คำสั่งนี้เพิ่มเป็น 100% น่าจะแก้ได้ ถ้าไม่ย้อนกลับได้
5] Run Troubleshooters
รัน Performance Troubleshooter:
msdt.exe /id PerformanceDiagnostic
รัน System Maintenance Troubleshooter:
msdt.exe /id MaintenanceDiagnostic
รัน Blue Screen Troubleshooter built-in แก้ BSOD อัตโนมัติ Online wizard จาก Microsoft ช่วย novice users
6] Run Windows Defender Offline
Scan offline ดู malware
7] Uninstall recently installed Software
ถ้าปัญหาหลังติดตั้ง software ใหม่ uninstall ไป Settings > System > Apps & features Sort by install date ลบ app ใหม่
8] Disconnect external hardware และ USBs
ถอด hardware/external USB ตอนอัปเกรด/อัปเดต Windows update บางครั้งค้างเพราะพยายามหา driver สำหรับ hardware ที่เสียบอยู่
