ไฟล์ที่ทำงาน Offline ใน Windows ใช้ Client Side Caching (CSC) cache และฐานข้อมูล Cache ช่วยให้ Windows ซิงโครไนซ์ไฟล์กับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายนอก หากฐานข้อมูลเสียหาย จะรีสตาร์ทด้วยตัวเอง แต่หากส่วนประกอบสำคัญเสียหายร้ายแรง อาจเจอปัญหาขณะลบไฟล์

การค้นหา Error code บอกว่า Offline files cache เสียหาย ควรซ่อมแซมหรือล้างเพื่อแก้ไข

ก่อนอื่น รัน File and Folder Troubleshooter ดูก่อน หาไม่ได้ อ่านต่อ
1. เปิด Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Sync Center > Manage Offline Files ในหน้าต่าง Offline Files แท็บ Disk Usage กด Delete temporary files
ตรวจสอบสถานะ หาแก้ไขได้ ก็เสร็จ ไม่ได้ ลองขั้นต่อไป

2. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter เปิด Registry Editor
3. ไปที่ Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CSC\Parameters
4. ในหน้าต่างขวา คลิกขวา > New > DWORD Value ตั้งชื่อ FormatDatabase ดับเบิลคลิก:
5. ตั้ง Value data = 1 กด OK ปิด Registry Editor รีสตาร์ทระบบ ปัญหาควรแก้ไข
