1] Rename Folder ใน Safe Mode
Safe Mode ช่วยแก้ปัญหาได้ดี Boot Windows 10 เข้า Safe Mode เปิด Settings (Win+I) ไป Update & Security > Recovery ภายใต้ Advanced Startup กด Restart Now
กดปุ่มนั้นจะ Boot เข้า Advanced Startup Options
เพื่อไปหน้าจอนี้ Restart แล้วกด Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart กด 4 เพื่อ Restart เข้า Safe Mode
เข้า Safe Mode แล้ว เปิด Command Prompt Admin รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด:
cd C:\Program Files takeown /f WindowsApps /r /d Y icacls WindowsApps /grant "%USERDOMAIN%\%USERNAME%":(F) /t attrib WindowsApps -h rename WindowsApps WindowsApps.old
Reboot PC ตรวจสอบ System Restore ทำงานหรือไม่

รัน Command Prompt บน WinRE ดูว่าช่วยได้ไหม ไป Settings > Update & Security > Recovery กด Restart Now ภายใต้ Advanced Startup
Restart แล้วจะอยู่ที่ Advanced Startup Options ไป Troubleshoot > Advanced Options จะได้หน้าจอ:
คลิก Command Prompt อาจขอ Admin Password รันคำสั่ง:
cd C:\Program Files attrib WindowsApps -h rename WindowsApps WindowsAppsOld
Reboot ตรวจสอบ System Restore
