แก้ไข: System Restore ไม่สามารถ Extract ไฟล์จาก Restore Point ได้

System Restore เป็นฟีเจอร์ของ Windows ให้คืนสถานะคอมพิวเตอร์ไปยังจุดก่อนหน้า ใช้กู้คืนจากอาการผิดปกติของระบบ เหมือนจุด Backup ก่อนหน้า ไม่ส่งผลต่อไฟล์ส่วนตัว แต่จะลบ Updates และ Apps ที่ติดตั้งหลังสร้าง Restore Point

บทความนี้จะแก้ Error ที่บางผู้ใช้เจอตอน System Restore ไปวันที่ก่อนหน้า ไม่สามารถ Restore จาก Restore Point ที่สร้างไว้ได้ ข้อความ: “System Restore did not complete successfully” รายละเอียด:

System Restore failed to extract the file (\OneDrive) from the restore point. An unspecified error occurred during the System Restore. (0x8007018b)

สาเหตุ:

Corrupted System Files – ไฟล์ระบบเสียหายทำให้ Software Conflict
Corruption on the Disk – Disk ที่เก็บ Restore Points อาจมี Corruption
Problem with Windows Build – Windows Build เฉพาะ (เช่น 18xx) อาจมีปัญหานี้

วิธีที่ 1: System Restore จาก Safe Mode

ก่อนลอง Fix อื่น ลอง Disable Antivirus แล้ว Restore หรือ Disable Windows Firewall แล้ว Restore หายังไม่ได้ ลอง System Restore จาก Safe Mode:

เปิด Search พิมพ์ Updates
คลิก Check for Updates
เลือก Recovery จาก Sidebar Update & Security
กด Restart now จาก Advanced Startup
เลือก Troubleshoot
เลือก Startup Settings
เลือกตัวเลือกที่ 4: Enable Safe Mode
หลัง Boot เข้า Safe Mode เปิด Search พิมพ์ CMD คลิก Run as Administrator เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin
ปิด Network
พิมพ์คำสั่งใน CMD:
```
rstrui.exe
```
กด Enter System Restore Window จะเปิด
เลือก Restore Point ที่ต้องการ ดูว่า Error เกิดอีกหรือไม่

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Check Disk (chkdsk)

หาก System Restore ไม่ทำงาน อาจมีปัญหากับ Hard Drive Check Disk (chkdsk) เป็น Command-line Tool วิเคราะห์และแก้ไข File System และ Hard Drive Errors

มีหลายวิธีรัน Check Disk แต่เราใช้ Command Line บังคับ Auto Check Disk Scan
เปิด Search พิมพ์ cmd
คลิก Run as Administrator เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin
ใน CMD ใช้คำสั่ง 3 แบบ:
1. ‘chkdsk’ – Scan แจ้ง Error แต่ไม่ Repair
2. ‘chkdsk /f c:’ – Repair Logical File System Errors
3. ‘chkdsk /r c:’ – Scan Logical Errors และ Bad Sectors (แนะนำ)
รันคำสั่งที่ 3 ใช้เวลาสักพัก
```
chkdsk /r c:

หลัง Scan เสร็จ ลอง System Restore ใหม่ ดูว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 3: รัน System File Checker (SFC) Tool

SFC เป็น Tool ตรวจสอบและซ่อม System Files ที่ Corrupt สแกน Windows และ Restore ไฟล์ที่ทำงานไม่ถูกต้อง

เปิด Search พิมพ์ cmd
คลิก Run as Administrator เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin
สำหรับ Windows 10 ต้องรัน DISM Tool ก่อน:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
```
รันคำสั่งต่อไปเพื่อสแกนและแทนที่ไฟล์เสียหาย:
```
sfc /scannow
```
หลังสแกนเสร็จ จะได้ข้อความผลลัพธ์
ลอง System Restore ใหม่ ดูว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 4: Unlink OneDrive

หากต้องการสร้าง Restore Point ใหม่และเจอปัญหา วิธีนี้ช่วยได้

Unlink OneDrive

ในกรณีนี้ ปัญหาเกิดตอน Extract ไฟล์จาก OneDrive ต้อง Disable/Unlink OneDrive ก่อน
คลิกขวาไอคอน White Cloud ขวามุม Taskbar หาไม่ thấyให้คลิกลูกศรขึ้น (^) ขยายหา
คลิกขวาไอคอน เลือก Settings
ไปแท็บ Account คลิก Unlink this PC แล้ว Unlink Account
หลัง Unlink OneDrive แล้ว ลอง System Restore ด้วย Restore Point ที่ต้องการ หายังไม่ได้ ไปวิธีที่ 5

สร้าง Restore Point ใหม่

หากต้องการสร้าง Restore Point ใหม่โดยไม่มีปัญหา:

เปิด Search พิมพ์เลือก Create a restore point
หน้าต่าง System Properties จะเปิด
แท็บ System Protection คลิก Create
พิมพ์ Name สำหรับ Restore Point กด Create จะสร้างเสร็จ

วิธีที่ 5: Reinstall Windows 10

Reinstall Windows ควรเป็นทางเลือกสุดท้าย หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ลอง Fresh Install Windows มีหลายวิธี (USB, ISO) คลิกเพื่อดูวิธี Reinstall Windows 10 ให้ถูกต้อง
