ข้อความนี้แสดงเมื่อ Windows Installer กำลังทำงานอยู่ (ติดตั้ง/ถอนติดตั้ง/ซ่อมแซมโปรแกรมอื่น) Windows อนุญาตให้ทำงานได้ทีละโปรแกรม
วิธีแก้ไข 5 วิธี
- รอให้เสร็จสิ้น: หากมีการติดตั้ง/ถอนติดตั้งอื่นกำลังทำงาน ให้รอจบก่อน
- Force Stop Windows Installer: Task Manager > Services Tab > หา Windows Installer > Right-click > End Process (ทำก็ต่อเมื่อแน่ใจว่างานก่อนหน้าเสร็จแล้ว)
- Restart คอมพิวเตอร์: บังคับให้ Process หยุดทำงาน
- ใช้ Uninstaller ของบุคคลที่สาม: เช่น Revo Uninstaller, Geek Uninstaller
- ถ้าถอนติดตั้งไม่ได้เลย: ดูบทความ "Cannot install or uninstall programs in Windows"
