Error 0x803C010B ขณะรัน Printer Troubleshooter แก้ได้โดยปิด SNMP Status Enabled บน Port ของ Printer
ขั้นตอนแก้ไข
- เปิด Devices and Printers
- Right-click Printer ที่มีปัญหา > Printer Properties
- แท็บ Ports > เลือก Port ที่ Description = Standard TCP/IP Port
- คลิก Configure Port
- ในหน้าต่าง Configure Standard TCP/IP Port Monitor: Uncheck "SNMP Status Enabled"
- OK > Apply > OK > Restart คอมพิวเตอร์
SNMP Status อาจเป็นสาเหตุ Conflict ทำให้ Troubleshooter รันไม่ได้ การปิดมันช่วยแก้ปัญหาได้
