หากหลังรัน Incoming Connections Troubleshooter ได้ Error ที่มีข้อความ "Network Protocol is missing" นี่คือ Troubleshooting Tips ต้องมี Admin Privileges
1] รัน Network Troubleshooters
Windows 10 มี Network Troubleshooters หลายตัว แก้ปัญหา Network ส่วนใหญ่ ลองรัน Troubleshooters อื่นดู
2] Reinstall Network Adapter & Reset Networking Components
Driver เสียหายอาจเป็นสาเหตุ วิธีดีคือ Reinstall Network Adapter เปิด Device Manager หา Adapter ตามคำแนะนำ Reinstall และ Reset Network Adapters
3] Diagnose Network Adapter
ไป Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Network Connections หา Network Adapter ที่อาจทำปัญหา หากใช้ WiFi คือ WiFi Adapter ไม่ใช่ Ethernet Adapter คลิกขวา > Diagnose
4] Reset Winsock & TCP/IP
Windows Sockets (Winsock) คือ Socket ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อเพิ่ม Support IPv4 ให้ Windows ต่อมา Evolve รองรับ Protocol เพิ่ม สามารถ Reset Winsock ด้วยคำสั่ง netsh winsock reset เปิด CMD Admin รันคำสั่ง
ควร Reset TCP/IP ด้วย
5] Import Winsock Settings จากคอมพิวเตอร์อื่น
หาก Reset Winsock ไม่ได้ ให้ Import Settings จากคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ไม่มี Network Protocol Error ต้องเข้าถึง Registry Export/Import Settings ใดๆ ต้องรู้จักจัดการ Registry
พิมพ์ regedit ใน CMD Enter
ใน Registry Hive ไปที่ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
หา 2 Keys (คล้ายโฟลเดอร์) ชื่อ Winsock และ Winsock2 คลิกขวาแต่ละตัว > Export
Copy Registry Keys ไป USB ต่อ Copy ไป PC ที่มีปัญหา
ดับเบิลคลิกแต่ละไฟล์ จะติดตั้ง WINSOCK Keys
