COVID-19 ทำให้เรียนออนไลน์ ปัญหาคือ Engagement นักเรียน Teams มีเครื่องมือช่วย
1. ใช้ Insights ใน Teams
Add App Insights > … > Insights > Pin > เปิดดู: Inactive/Active students per day, Meeting absentees, Missed assignments, Grades, Communications, Student Activity ต่อ Class ช่วยรู้ว่าห้องไหนต้องใส่ใจ
2. สำรวจพฤติกรรมนักเรียนลึกขึ้น (Spotlight Cards)
Spotlight Cards: แสดงกิจกรรมที่พลาดไป (Absent กี่คน, ใครทำงานก่อน/หลังเวลา) Thumbs up เพื่อดูเพิ่ม Hover ตัวเลข/ตัวหนา > ดูชื่อนักเรียน Digital Activity Report แบบกรองได้
3. ตรวจสอบ Student Activity และ Class Behavior
- Click Inactive Students (Left Rail) หรือ Track Student Activity > Digital Activity View: เปิดไฟล์กี่ครั้ง, โพสต์กี่ครั้ง, React กี่ครั้ง
- Synchronous Behavior: Insights Tab > Digital Activity Report > All Activities > Meetings > เลือก Student/Timeframe > Hover Bar: แดง = Absent, Red Dot = Not Active ระหว่าง Meeting
