Inbox 混乱? Outlook Rules ย้าย/Flag/ตอบกลับอัตโนมัติ ตั้งได้ 2 แบบ
1. สร้าง Rule จาก Message (ง่ายที่สุด)
Right-click Message > Rules > Create Rule > เงื่อนไข: Subject Contains, From ฯลฯ | Action: Move to Folder > OK > ✓ Run this rule now on current folder
2. สร้าง Rule จาก Template
File > Manage Rules & Alerts > New Rule > เลือก Template:
- Stay Organized: Move Messages, Flag Messages
- Stay Up to Date: Display Alert, Play Sound, Send to Phone
2 ประเภท Rules
- Server-based: รันบน Server (Outlook ปิดอยู่ก็ทำงาน) ใช้กับ Mail ที่เข้ามา Inbox ผ่าน Server
- Client-only: รันใน Outlook เท่านั้น (Outlook ต้องเปิด) เช่น Play Sound, Run Script
