แก้ Call of Duty: Warzone เปิดไม่ได้บน Windows 11 และ 10

Call of Duty: Warzone เป็น Battle Royale ยอดนิยม แต่บางคนเจอ Error เปิดไม่ได้ หรือค้างที่ Loading บน Windows 11/10 มีหลายวิธีแก้

1. รัน Battle.net Launcher เป็น Administrator

ให้สิทธิ์เต็ม: Right-click Shortcut Battle.net → Properties → Compatibility → Run this program as administrator → Apply → OK

ทำซ้ำกับ Modern Warfare.exe และ Modern Warfare Launcher.exe ในโฟลเดอร์เกม

2. Verify Game Files (Scan and Repair)

Battle.net มี Scan and Repair: เปิด Launcher → เลือก Warzone → ไอคอนเฟืองข้าง Play → Scan and Repair

3. รัน System File Checker (SFC)

ไฟล์ระบบเสียอาจทำให้เกมไม่ขึ้น รัน SFC:

  1. Win+S → cmd → Run as Administrator
  2. พิมพ์ DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth → Enter
  3. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow → Enter → รอ 100%

4. ย้ายตำแหน่งติดตั้งเกม

บางคนแก้ได้โดยย้ายโฟลเดอร์ Call of Duty Modern Warfare ไปโฟลเดอร์/ไดรฟ์อื่น:

  1. Cut โฟลเดอร์เกม → Paste ที่ใหม่
  2. เปิด Battle.net → จะเห็น Locate the game → เลือกโฟลเดอร์ใหม่ → Select Folder → Play

5. อนุญาต Battle.net ผ่าน Firewall

Firewall อาจบล็อกเกม Multiplayer:

  1. Control Panel → Windows Defender Firewall → Allow an app through firewall
  2. Change settings → ติ๊ก Private & Public สำหรับ Battle.net Launcher
  3. ถ้าไม่มีในรายการ → Allow another app → Browse หา Battle.net → Add → ติ๊กทั้งสอง
  4. ทำซ้ำกับ Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

6. อัปเดต Graphics Driver

Driver การ์ดจอเก่า/ผิด → เกมไม่ขึ้น อัปเดตจากเว็บ NVIDIA/AMD (มีคู่มือแยก)

7. Clean Boot

ปิดโปรแกรม/บริการ Third-party ตอน Startup เพื่อหาสาเหตุขัดข้อง:

  1. Win+R → msconfig → OK
  2. General → Uncheck Load startup items
  3. Services Tab → Hide all Microsoft services → Disable all
  4. Apply → OK → Restart
  5. ลองเปิดเกม → ถ้าได้ แสดงว่าโปรแกรมพื้นหลังขัดข้อง (ดู Task Manager → Startup Tab)

8. ติดตั้ง Warzone ใหม่ (Last Resort)

Uninstall ผ่าน Battle.net (All Games → Warzone → เฟือง → Uninstall) → Restart → Install ใหม่ ลอง Reinstall Battle.net ด้วย (appwiz.cpl → Uninstall → ดาวน์โหลดใหม่)

9. ติดต่อ Activision Blizzard Support

ล้มเหลวหมด → Login Activision Website → Support Options → Submit Ticket

สรุป

วิธีข้างต้นแก้ได้ส่วนใหญ่ ลองปิด/ลบ Antivirus ภายนอกที่อาจขัดข้องด้วย
