Windows 10 Update Failed? วิธีแก้ไข
หลายสาเหตุทำให้ Windows Updates Failing ซ้ำๆ: Internet ช้า/VPN, Multiple Updates Queued, Corrupt/Missing System Files, Windows Update Service Issue
Restart Windows Update Services, Reset Windows Update Components, รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter Tool แก้ Failed/Stuck Download ส่วนใหญ่ และ Manual Download Windows 10 KB5019959 Offline Installer ติดตั้งได้
แต่วิธีแก้ด่วนที่ทำงานสำหรับผม!
- Windows + S → cmd → Right Click Command Prompt → Run as Administrator
- พิมพ์: SC config trustedinstaller start=auto → Enter
- ปิดทุกอย่าง → Reboot PC
เสร็จแล้ว เปิด Settings → Update & Security → Check for Updates
Clear Update Database Cache
หาก Windows 10 KB5019959 Stuck Download 0% หรือ 99% หรือ Fail อาจเป็นไฟล์ Update เอง ล้างโฟลเดอร์เก็บ Update Files จะบังคับให้ Windows Update ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ใหม่
- พิมพ์ services.msc Start Menu Search → Enter
- หา Windows Update Service → Right Click → Stop
- ทำซ้ำกับ BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service)
- Windows + E → File Explorer → ไป C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
- ลบทุกอย่างใน Download Folder (อย่าลบโฟลเดอร์ตัวมัน) Ctrl + A → Delete
เปิด Services Console ใหม่ → Restart Services (Windows Update, BITS) ที่หยุดไว้
รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
หลังล้างไฟล์ Update เก่า/บั๊ก ให้รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter Tool ที่ออกแบบมา Detect/Fix ปัญหาป้องกัน Windows 10 Updates ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง
- Windows + I → Settings
- Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional Troubleshooters Link
- Select Windows Update → Run the Troubleshooter
- ระหว่าง Diagnosis: Check Update Service/Services Running, Check Update Database Corruption
- Restart หลังเสร็จ → Check Updates อีกครั้ง Settings → Update & Security
- ตรวจสอบว่าช่วย Download/Install Updates ได้โดยไม่มี Error
ปิด Security Software & Clean Boot
ปิด Firewall และ Antivirus ชั่วคราว Check/Install Updates → เปิด Antivirus กลับ
Clean Boot ช่วยหาก Third-party Software Conflict Download/Install Updates:
- Search Box → msconfig
- System Configuration → Services Tab
- Hide All Microsoft Services → Disable All
Startup Tab → Open Task Manager → Disable Unnecessary Services → Restart → Check Updates
ตรวจสอบ Internet Connection
ตรวจสอบ Internet เสถียรสำหรับ Download KB5019959 จาก Microsoft Server Speed Test: fast.com, speedtest.net
Windows + R → ping google.com -t → OK ตรวจสอบ Ping ต่อเนื่อง หากขาด ต้อง Troubleshoot Internet ก่อน
หากเชื่อม VPN แนะนำ Disconnect → Check Updates ใหม่
ปลดพื้นที่ Disk Space
สาเหตุทั่วไปของ Failed Updates: ขาดพื้นที่ Drive ตรวจสอบ System Drive (มัก C:) มี Free Space พอสำหรับ Download/Apply Updates วิธีปลดพื้นที่:
- ย้ายไฟล์ใหญ่ไป External Devices หรือลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ไม่ใช้
- Uninstall Games/Apps ไม่ใช้ที่กินพื้นที่มาก
- รัน Disk Cleanup หรืออ่านวิธี Clear Temp Files Auto Windows 11
เปลี่ยนเป็น Google DNS
มีประโยชน์สำหรับบางคน โดยเฉพาะ Windows Update Stuck Download Hours หรือ Fail ซ้ำๆ
- Windows + R → ncpa.cpl → OK เปิด Network Connections
- Right Click Active Adapter → Properties
- Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties
- เลือก Use Following DNS Server Addresses → Preferred: 8.8.8.8 Alternate: 8.8.4.4
- OK → Save → Reboot → ลอง Install Updates
ติดตั้ง Windows Update ด้วยตนเอง (Manual)

- บันทึก KB Number ของ Update ล่าสุด
- Windows Update Catalog Website ค้นหา KB Number → Download (32-bit=x86, 64-bit=x64)
- รันไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง

- ติดตั้งเสร็จ → Restart ใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลง
หาก Windows Update ค้างขณะ Upgrade ใช้ Media Creation Tool Official Upgrade Windows 10 21H2 โดยไม่มี Error
รัน System File Checker (SFC) Scan
ไฟล์ระบบเสียอาจป้องกัน Apply Updates ทำให้ Stuck/Fail Microsoft แนะนำรัน DISM (Deployment Image & Servicing Management) Fix Windows Corruption Errors
- CMD Admin → DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
