หลายสาเหตุ: Internet ไม่เสถียร ไม่โหลดไฟล์ Update จาก Microsoft Server หรือโหลดนานมาก ค้างหลายชั่วโมง ตรวจสอบ Internet Connection ให้เสถียร
ลบ Security Software บุคคลที่สาม
Antivirus บางครั้งป้องกันการเปลี่ยนแปลง ทำให้ Update Stuck แนะนำ Disable/Uninstall Antivirus ชั่วคราว → Check Windows Updates
วิธีแก้ที่ทำงานสำหรับผม!
- Search Box Taskbar → พิมพ์ cmd
- Right Click Command Prompt → Run as Administrator (Yes UAC)
- CMD Admin พิมพ์: SC config trustedinstaller start=auto → Enter
- Restart PC
บางเคสต้อง Restart ครั้งที่สอง หาก Settings → Update & Security แสดง Status: Awaiting Restart ให้ Restart อีกครั้งเพื่อ Complete Installation
Windows Update Troubleshooter
Windows มี Built-in Update Troubleshooter Detect/Auto Resolve ปัญหาป้องกัน Windows Update Download/Install ถูกต้อง Tool ใช้งานง่าย แก้ปัญหา Update ได้ส่วนใหญ่ แนะนำรันก่อนวิธีอื่น
- Windows + I → Settings App
- Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional Troubleshooter Link
- Select Windows Update (ขวา) → Run Troubleshooter
จะ Detect ปัญหา Auto Repair หาพบจะ List และบอกว่าแก้ได้หรือไม่ ดู Details ได้
เสร็จ Troubleshooting → Close Troubleshooter
Restart Windows → ล็อกอินใหม่ Rerun Windows Update ดูว่าจริงๆ แก้ได้หรือไม่ หากไม่ ลองวิธีถัดไป
Clear Windows Updates Download Folder
Windows Update อาจ Fail เพราะ Components เสีย (Services, Temp Files/Folders) ลอง Reset Components ล้างโฟลเดอร์เก็บ Update Files จะบังคับ Download ใหม่ แก้ปัญหาได้
Reset Components: Start → พิมพ์ "cmd" → Right Click Command Prompt → Run as Administrator รันคำสั่งหยุด Services:
- net stop bits
- net stop wuauserv
- net stop appidsvc
- net stop cryptsvc
Windows + E → File Explorer → ไป C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
ลบทุกอย่างใน Download Folder → Windows จะ Download Fresh Update Files ตอน Check Updates ถัดไป
Ctrl + A → Delete
เปิด CMD ใหม่ รันคำสั่ง Restart Services:
- net start bits
- net start wuauserv
- net start appidsvc
- net start cryptsvc
เสร็จ Restart Computer → Run Windows Update วิธีนี้ User แนะนำมาก Fix ปัญหา Update ส่วนใหญ่ หวังว่าแก้ปัญหาของคุณได้
Windows Corruption Errors: DISM & SFC Tools
หาวิธีข้างต้นไม่แก้ และยัง Windows Update Fails to Install อาจเป็น System Files Corrupt แนะนำรัน DISM และ SFC ซ่อม System Image และ Restore Missing System Files
- CMD Administrator → Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth ซ่อม System Image
- หลัง 100% → sfc /scannow Scan/Restore Missing System Files
- Restart Windows เมื่อ SFC เสร็จ → Check Updates
ติดตั้ง Windows Updates ด้วยตนเอง (Manual)
