Megapersonal Error 701: สาเหตุ อาการ และวิธีแก้ไขแบบขั้นตอน (Windows)

Error Code 701 (Megapersonal) บน Windows — แสดงว่าระบบมีปัญหาที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต/เข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัว

🔍 สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้:

• 💥 System Files เสียหาย (Corrupted)
• 📦 ติดตั้งหลายโปรแกรมพร้อมกัน (Concurrent Installs)
• ⚙️ ติดตั้งโปรแกรมไม่สมบูรณ์/ผิดวิธี
• 🦠 ไวรัส/มัลแวร์
• 🗑️ ลบไฟล์สำคัญ/Registry Entries ติดอุบัติเหตุ
• 📋 Registry เสียหาย
• 💾 พื้นที่ดิสก์ไม่พอ

⚠️ อาการร่วมกัน:

• คอมพิวเตอร์ตอบสนองช้า/ค้าง (Unresponsive)
• เข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวไม่ได้
• รุนแรงขึ้น: BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), Data Loss, System Crash

วิธีที่ 1: สแกนไวรัสด้วย Windows Defender (Full Scan)

1. Win + I → Settings → Update & Security
2. เลือก Windows Security → Virus & threat protection
3. กด Scan options → เลือก Full scan → Scan now
4. 
5. รอจบ (อาจนาน) → ถ้า "No Current Threats" = สะอาด / ถ้ามี threat → กด Start actions ให้ Defender กำจัด
6. Restart → ทดสอบ Error 701

วิธีที่ 2: รัน DISM และ SFC Scan (ซ่อม System Files)

สำหรับ System Files เสียหาย:

1. Win + S → พิมพ์ cmd → คลิกขวา Command Prompt → Run as Administrator
2. 
3. พิมพ์ sfc /scannow → Enter — อย่าปิดหน้าต่างระหว่างรัน

sfc /scannow

4. รอจบ → Restart
5. เปิด CMD Admin อีกครั้ง → พิมพ์:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

6. รอจบ → Restart อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 3: Clean Boot (วินิจฉัยโปรแกรม/Service ที่ขัดขวาง)

Background programs/services อาจเป็นสาเหตุ — Clean Boot ช่วยค้นหาตัวกระทำ:

1. Win + R → พิมพ์ msconfig → Enter
2. 
3. แท็บ Services → ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services → กด Disable all
4. แท็บ Startup → กด Open Task Manager
5. ใน Task Manager → แท็บ Startup → Disable ทุกตัว (Right-click → Disable)
6. ปิด Task Manager → กลับ msconfig → Apply → OK
7. Restart → เข้าสู่ Clean Boot State

✅ ถ้า Error หาย = โปรแกรม/Service ตัวไหนตัวนึงเป็นสาเหตุ → เปิดทีละตัว จน Error กลับมา = เจอตัวผิด → Disable/Uninstall ตัวนั้นถาวร

วิธีที่ 4: เคลียร์พื้นที่ดิสก์ (Free Up Disk Space)

🗂️ ผ่าน Windows Settings (Storage Sense)

1. Settings → System → Storage
2. เปิด Toggle → กด Configure Storage Sense or run it now
3. ติ๊ก Delete temporary files that my apps aren't using → ปรับตั้งค่าอื่นๆ → กด Clean now

🗂️ ผ่าน Disk Cleanup (Built-in Tool)

1. Win + E → This PC → คลิกขวา Drive (มัก C:) → Properties
2. แท็บ General → กด Disk Cleanup
3. 
4. ติ๊กไฟล์ที่จะลบ (Temporary files, Thumbnails, Recycle Bin, ฯลฯ) → OK → Delete Files

วิธีที่ 5: ซ่อม Registry ที่เสียหาย (Startup Repair)

Registry Corrupt → Error 701 — ใช้ Advanced Startup → Startup Repair:

1. Win + I → Settings → Update & Security → Recovery
2. กด Restart now (ใต้ Advanced startup)
3. 
4. Boot เข้าเมนูสีน้ำเงิน → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Repair
5. 
6. รอระบบซ่อมแซม → Restart
