ปัญหา: "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device"

Error นี้เกิดบน YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Twitter/X, Facebook Video บน Browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) สาเหตุหลัก: **Hardware Acceleration Conflict, Audio Driver/Output Issue, Browser Cache/Extension, HTML5 Player Problem**

วิธีแก้ไข 5 วิธี (เรียงจากง่าย/มีโอกาสสำเร็จสูงสุด)

1. ปิด Hardware Acceleration ใน Browser (Fix #1 สำหรับ Chrome/Edge)

  1. Chrome: Settings (⋮) → Settings → System → ปิด **Use graphics acceleration when available**
  2. Edge: Settings → System and Performance → ปิด **Use graphics acceleration when available**
  3. Firefox: Settings → General → Performance → ยกเลิก **Use recommended performance settings** → ปิด **Use hardware acceleration when available**
  4. Restart Browser → ทดสอบเล่น Video

เหตุผล: GPU Driver บางรุ่น (โดยเฉพาะ Intel/AMD Integrated) มี Bug กับ Video Decode Pipeline ทำให้ Video Decode ล้มเหลว

2. อัปเดต Graphics Driver และ Audio Driver

  1. Driver Booster → Scan → Update **Display Adapters** (GPU Driver) + **Audio Inputs and Outputs** (Audio Driver)
  2. หรือดาวน์โหลดตรงจาก: NVIDIA GeForce Experience, AMD Adrenalin, Intel DSA, Realtek Audio
  3. Restart → Test

3. เปลี่ยน Audio Output Device

  1. Taskbar → Speaker Icon → เลือก Output Device อื่น (Speaker → Headphone / Headphone → Speaker / Monitor Audio)
  2. หรือ: ถอด/เสียบ Headphone/Speaker ใหม่
  3. Windows: Settings → Sound → Output Device → เปลี่ยน

เหตุผล: Audio Endpoint ที่ค้าง/Error ทำให้ HTML5 Video Pipeline หยุดทำงาน (Chrome/Edge ผูก Audio/Video Sync เข้มงวด)

4. ติดตั้ง HTML5 Player / Clear Cache & Cookies

  1. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → **All Time** → Cookies + Cached Images → Clear
  2. Disable Extensions ทั้งหมด (โดยเฉพาะ Ad Blocker, Video Downloader, Enhancer) → Test Incognito Mode (Ctrl+Shift+N)
  3. Chrome Web Store → Search "HTML5 Video Player" / "h264ify" (Force H.264 แทน VP9/AV1)

5. Windows Update / macOS Update

  1. Settings → Windows Update → Check for Updates
  2. Install Optional Updates (Driver Updates)
  3. Restart → Test

กรณีพิเศษ: Safari บน macOS

  • Safari 14+ (macOS Big Sur+) **ลบ Hardware Acceleration Setting ออกแล้ว** (Always On)
  • ลอง: Develop Menu → Experimental Features → **Disable VP9 Decoder** / **Disable AV1 Decoder**
  • หรือใช้ Chrome/Firefox แทนชั่วคราว
