แก้ "Audio Device is disabled" ใน Windows 10

หลายคนเจอ Error "Audio device is disabled" หลังรัน Audio Troubleshooter หมายถึง: คอมพิวเตอร์ตรวจพบอุปกรณ์เสียง แต่อุปกรณ์นั้นถูก Disable อยู่

เกิดจาก: ปิดเองด้วยมือ หรือ Config ผิด ทำให้ Enable ไม่ได้ ปัญหารู้จักดี มีวิธีแก้เร็ว

วิธี 1: เปิดอุปกรณ์เสียงใน Control Panel

มักปิดเอง แล้ว Windows ซ่อน Device ที่ Disable ไว้ (บางครั้งซ่อนไม่ได้ → ปัญหา)

1. Win+S > "sound" > เปิด Control Panel Sound
   
2. Tab Playback > คลิกขวาว่าง > ติ๊ก Show Disabled Devices และ Show Disconnected Devices
   
3. Apply > Device ที่ Disable จะ現身 > คลิกขวา > Enable
   
4. Apply > ออก > ทดสอบ

วิธี 2: เปิดใน Device Manager

Device Manager มีอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด อาจ Disable อยู่ที่นี่

1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc > Enter
2. คลิกขวา Audio Device ที่ Disable (มีลูกศรดำชี้ลง) > Enable device
   
3. ทดสอบ

วิธี 3: เพิ่ม Network Service (คำสั่ง CMD Admin)

ก่อนจะไปแก้ Driver ลองวิธีนี้ก่อน User หลายคนแก้ได้ทันที ต้องเป็น Admin

1. Win+S > "command prompt" > Run as administrator
2. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด (รอจบคำสั่งก่อน):

   net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
   net localgroup Administrators /add localservice

   
   
3. Restart > ทดสอบเสียง

วิธี 4: อัปเดต Sound Drivers

Driver เสีย/เก่า ก็ทำให้ Error นี้

1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc
2. Audio inputs and outputs > คลิกขวา Speakers > Properties
   
3. Tab Driver > Uninstall > Confirm
   
4. Restart PC > Windows ติดตั้ง Default Driver เอง > ทดสอบเสียง ได้ = จบ ไม่ได้ = ต่อ
5. กลับ Sound Properties > Update Driver > Search automatically
   
6. ติดตั้งจบ Restart ทดสอบ

เพิ่มเติม:

• Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\MMDevices\Audio\Render > Permissions > ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES ให้ Ownership
• System Restore หากเกิดหลัง Update
• App สลับเสียง (Audio Switcher) กด Hotkey เปลี่ยน Device
