แก้ไข: "The Remote Computer requires network level authentication" ตอน Remote Desktop

ผู้ใช้รายงานเจอข้อผิดพลาดนี้เมื่อพยายาม Remote เข้าเครื่องในโดเมน แม้ NLA (Network Level Authentication) จะเปิดอยู่ก็ตาม มีวิธีแก้หลายทางเลือก

The remote computer that you are trying to connect to requires network level authentication (NLA), but your windows domain controller cannot be contacted to perform NLA...

หรืออาจเป็นข้อความ:

The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support...

หมายเหตุ: สำรองข้อมูลและ Registry ก่อนทำตามวิธีใดวิธีหนึ่ง

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด NLA ผ่าน Properties (ง่ายที่สุด)

1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ sysdm.cpl Enter
2. แท็บ Remote → ยกเลิกถูก Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication (recommended)

3. กด Apply → ลอง Remote ใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด NLA ผ่าน Registry (สำหรับเครื่อง Remote)

1. เปิด regedit → File → Connect Network Registry → ใส่รายละเอียดเครื่อง Remote

2. ไปที่พาธ: HKLM > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Terminal Server > WinStations > RDP-Tcp
3. เปลี่ยนค่า 2 ค่าเป็น 0:

   SecurityLayer
   UserAuthentication

4. เปิด PowerShell รัน:

   restart-computer

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด NLA ผ่าน PowerShell (Remote)

1. เปิด PowerShell (Admin)
2. รันคำสั่ง (เปลี่ยน Target-Machine-Name ให้ถูกต้อง):

$TargetMachine = "Target-Machine-Name"
(Get-WmiObject -class "Win32_TSGeneralSetting" -Namespace root\cimv2\terminalservices -ComputerName $TargetMachine -Filter "TerminalName='RDP-tcp'").SetUserAuthenticationRequired(0)

วิธีที่ 4: ใช้ Group Policy Editor

1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ gpedit.msc Enter
2. ไปที่: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Security

3. หา Require user authentication for remote connections by using Network Level Authentication → ตั้งเป็น Disabled

4. ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาหายไปหรือยัง

หมายเหตุ: หายังไม่ได้ ลองนำเครื่องออกจากโดเมน แล้ว Join ใหม่ เพื่อรีเซ็ตการตั้งค่า
