แก้ข้อผิดพลาด 'Computer Restarted Unexpectedly' ระหว่างอัปเกรด Windows

หากกำลังอัปเกรดหรือติดตั้ง Windows อาจเจอ The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error ไม่ว่าจะทำอะไรก็ไม่สามารถดำเนินการต่อได้ ค้างใน Loop ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด ทุกครั้งที่รีสตาร์ทก็เจอข้อผิดพลาดเดิม จึงสำคัญที่ต้องแก้

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected
error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click
"OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

ไม่มีสาเหตุเฉพาะเจาะจง แต่อาจเป็น Registry เสีย, ไฟล์ Windows เสีย, ฮาร์ดดิสก์เสีย, BIOS เก่า ฯลฯ แต่จะได้แนวทาง Troubleshooting ต่างๆ มาแก้กัน

Fix The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error

หากไม่สามารถเข้าถึง Command Prompt ได้ ให้ใช้วิธีอื่นแทน

วิธีที่ 1: เปลี่ยนค่า ChildCompletion setup.exe ใน Registry Editor

  1. หน้าจอข้อผิดพลาด กด Shift + F10 เปิด Command Prompt
  2. พิมพ์ regedit Enter
  3. ใน Registry Editor ไป: Computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/Setup/Status/ChildCompletion
  4. คลิก ChildCompletion key ดูด้านขวา หา setup.exe
  5. ดับเบิลคลิก setup.exe เปลี่ยนค่า จาก 1 เป็น 3
  6. ปิด Registry Editor และ Command Prompt
  7. คลิก OK บนข้อผิดพลาด คอมพิวเตอร์จะรีสตาร์ท ติดตั้งจะดำเนินต่อไป

วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบสายฮาร์ดดิสก์

บางครั้งค้างใน Loop เพราะปัญหาสายฮาร์ดดิสก์ ผู้ใช้รายงานว่าสลับสายเชื่อมฮาร์ดดิสก์กับเมนบอร์ดแก้ได้ ลองดู

วิธีที่ 3: รัน Startup/Automatic Repair

  1. ใส่ DVD ติดตั้ง Windows 10 บูทได้ รีสตาร์ท
  2. กดปุ่มใดก็ได้เมื่อโต้ตอบ boot from CD/DVD
  3. เลือกภาษา Next คลิก Repair your computer ซ้ายล่าง
  4. Choose an option คลิก Troubleshoot
  5. Troubleshoot คลิก Advanced option
  6. Advanced options คลิก Automatic Repair หรือ Startup Repair
  7. รอ Windows Automatic/Startup Repairs เสร็จ
  8. รีสตาร์ท แก้ The computer restarted unexpectedly error แล้ว หากยังไม่ได้ ลองต่อ

วิธีที่ 4: Format ฮาร์ดดิสก์

หมายเหตุ: วิธีนี้จะลบไฟล์ โฟลเดอร์ การตั้งค่าทั้งหมด

  1. Shift + F10 เปิด Command Prompt บนหน้าจอข้อผิดพลาด
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่งใน cmd ทีละบรรทัด Enter:
Diskpart
list volume
select volume 1 (เลือกดิสก์ที่มี Windows OS)
format fs=ntfs quick label=test
  1. พิมพ์ exit Enter ออกจาก Command Prompt
  2. รีสตาร์ท ปัญหา Loop ควรหาย
  3. แต่ต้องติดตั้ง Windows ใหม่
