วิธีแก้ไข
วิธีที่ 1: ลบ System Restore Points เก่าทั้งหมดและสร้างใหม่
- Win 7: Start > คลิกขวา Computer > Properties
Win 8/8.1: คลิกขวา Start/Metro Preview > System - Advanced system settings > System Protection > Configure
- คลิก Delete > Continue (ลบ Restore Points และ Shadow Copies ทั้งหมด)
- กลับไปแท็บ System Protection > Create สร้าง Restore Point ใหม่
- ลองอัปเกรด Windows 10 ใหม่
วิธีที่ 2: ว่างพื้นที่ Hard Drive (ประมาณ 25-50 GB)
- Win+R > diskmgmt.msc ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ Partition หลัก
- ลบไฟล์ไม่จำเป็น ย้ายข้อมูลไป Drive อื่น
- ลองอัปเกรดใหม่
วิธีที่ 3: ถอดอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์/USB ทั้งหมด (ยกเว้น Mouse/Keyboard)
- ถอด Printer, Scanner, Speakers, Headphones, USB Drives ฯลฯ
- อัปเดต Antivirus, Firewall, System Drivers ให้ล่าสุด
- ลองอัปเกรดใหม่
ทำทั้ง 3 ข้อพร้อมกัน โอกาสสำเร็จสูงสุด
