วิธีแก้ Wireless capability is turned off (Radio is off): ปัญหา Wireless (WiFi) ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ให้เชื่อมต่อ และ Troubleshoot แล้วได้ Error: Wireless capability is turned off (Radio is off) สาเหตุหลักคือ Wireless Device ถูก Disable มาแก้กัน
Fix Wireless capability is turned off (Radio is off)
วิธีที่ 1: สลับ WiFi ON
อาจกดปุ่มปิด WiFi ตัวเครื่องหรือโปรแกรมปิดไป หากเป็นเช่นนี้ กดปุ่ม WiFi บนคีย์บอร์ดเพื่อเปิดใหม่ ปกติคือ Fn + F2
วิธีที่ 2: รัน Network Troubleshooter
- คลิกขวา Network Icon Taskbar > Troubleshoot Problems
- Network Diagnostics Window เปิด ทำตามคำแนะนำ
วิธีที่ 3: เปิด Network Connection
- คลิกขวา Network Icon > Open Network & Internet Settings
- Change Your Network Settings > Change Adapter Options
- คลิกขวา Network Connection ของคุณ > Enable
- Restart PC ดูว่าแก้ปัญหาหรือไม่
วิธีที่ 4: เปิด Wireless Capability
- คลิกขวา Network Icon > Open Network & Internet Settings
- Change Adapter Options
- คลิกขวา WiFi Connection > Properties
- คลิก Configure ถัดจาก Wireless Adapter
- ไปแท็บ Power Management
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
- Restart PC
วิธีที่ 5: เปิด WiFi จาก Windows Mobility Center
- Windows Key + Q > พิมพ์ windows mobility center
- ใน Windows Mobility Center เปิด ON WiFi Connection
- Restart PC
วิธีที่ 6: เปิด WiFi จาก BIOS
บางครั้ง Wireless Adapter ถูก Disable จาก BIOS ให้เข้า BIOS ตั้ง Default > Login > ไป Windows Mobility Center ผ่าน Control Panel เปิด/ปิด Wireless Adapter ได้
หายังไม่ได้ ลองอัปเดต Wireless Drivers
