แก้ไข: Avast ปิดเองอัตโนมัติ (Shields Turn Off)

Avast เป็นแอนตี้ไวรัสฟรียอดนิยม ใช้ทรัพยากรน้อย แต่มีบั๊กบางอย่าง เช่น Shield ต่างๆ ปิดเอง ทำให้คอมพิวเตอร์ไม่ได้รับการคุ้มครอง ต้องแก้ดחוף

วิธีที่ 1: อัปเดต Avast ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด

ทีมพัฒนาแก้บั๊กนี้ในเวอร์ชันใหม่แล้ว การอัปเดตเป็นขั้นตอนแรกที่ควรทำ

1. เปิด Avast UI (ไอคอน System Tray หรือ Start Menu)
2. แท็บ Update → มีปุ่ม Update 2 ปุ่ม: Virus definitions และ Program

3. กดทั้งคู่ → รอตรวจสอบและติดตั้ง → ตรวจสอบว่า Shield ยังปิดเองหรือไม่

วิธีที่ 2: ปรับ Service aswbIDSAgent

Service นี้หากผิดปกติจะทำให้ Shield ทำงานไม่ได้

1. Windows + R → services.msc Enter

2. หา aswbIDSAgent → คลิกขวา Properties
3. ถ้า Status เป็น Stopped ให้ทิ้งไว้ ถ้า Running ให้กด Stop ก่อน

4. ตั้ง Startup type = Automatic → กด Start → ตรวจสอบปัญหา

หากเจอ Error 1079: "The account specified for this service differs..." ให้ทำต่อ:

1. ใน Properties เดียวกัน → แท็บ Log On → Browse → พิมพ์ชื่อผู้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ → Check Names → OK

2. ใส่รหัสผ่าน Admin → OK

วิธีที่ 3: Repair แล้ว Clean Install

1. Control Panel → Uninstall a Program (หรือ Settings → Apps)

2. หา Avast → Change → Repair → ตรวจสอบอีกครั้ง

หายังไม่ได้ ให้ Clean Install:

1. ดาวน์โหลด Avast Installer และ Avast Uninstall Utility (avastclear.exe)

2. ตัดเน็ต → บูท Safe Mode
3. รัน avastclear.exe → Browse โฟลเดอร์ติดตั้ง Avast → Remove → รีสตาร์ท Normal Mode
4. ติดตั้ง Avast ใหม่จากไฟล์ที่โหลดไว้

วิธีที่ 4: สแกนไวรัสด้วย Malwarebytes

อาจมี Rootkit หรือไวรัสควบคุม Avast ให้ใช้ Malwarebytes สแกนและกำจัด
