วิธีแก้ Yes button grayed out in User Account Control (UAC): กล่อง UAC ขึ้นขออนุญาต ต้องกด Yes เพื่อให้สิทธิ์ Admin แต่บางครั้งไม่มี Prompt หรือ Yes Button เป็นสีเทา (Grayed Out) แสดงว่าบัญชีที่ Login อยู่มีปัญหา
ไม่สามารถกด Yes หรือ Yes Button Grayed Out ใน UAC เพราะคุณเป็น Standard User ไม่มี Admin Rights ต้องการ Admin Rights แต่อีกฝั่ง Administrator Account ถูก Disable พยายาม Enable แล้วได้ Error: Access is denied
Fix for Yes button grayed out in User Account Control (UAC):
- กด Windows Key + Q เปิด Windows Charms Bar
- พิมพ์ cmd ใน Search เปิด Command Prompt
- ใน CMD พิมพ์: SHUTDOWN /R /O -T 00 กด Enter
- รอคอมพิวเตอร์ Restart และแสดง Advanced Boot Options
- คลิก Troubleshoot จากหน้าจอ Choose an option
- เลือก Advanced Options
- ในเมนู Advanced Options คลิก Command Prompt
- Command Prompt จะเปิดหลัง Restart
หมายเหตุ: อาจต้องใส่รหัสผ่าน Admin หรือ Current User - ใน CMD พิมพ์ NET USER ADMINISTRATOR /ACTIVE:YES กด Enter เพื่อ Enable Administrator Account
- พิมพ์ exit กด Enter ออกจาก CMD
- จาก Choose an Option คลิก Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings
- ใน Startup Settings คลิก Restart
- หลัง Windows Restart Startup Settings ปรากฏอีกครั้ง กด 4 บนคีย์บอร์ด เข้า Safe Mode
- ใน Safe Mode คลิก Administrator Account เพื่อ Login
- Login เป็น Admin แล้ว สามารถ ลบบัญชีเก่าและสร้างใหม่ โดยไม่มี Error
