วิธีที่ 1: รัน Power Troubleshooter วินิจฉัยและแก้ไข

1. Windows Key + R > พิมพ์ Control > Enter เปิด Control Panel
2. ค้นหา troubleshooter เลือก Troubleshooting
3. คลิก System and Security > Power > ทำตามคำแนะนำ
4. Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: รัน System File Check (SFC)

1. Windows Key + Q > พิมพ์ cmd > คลิกขวา cmd > Run as Administrator

Step 2: Enable ครึ่งหนึ่งของ Services

1. Windows Key + R > msconfig > OK
2. แท็บ Services ติ๊ก Hide All Microsoft Services
3. เลือกครึ่งหนึ่งของ Checkboxes ใน Service List > Enable
4. OK > Restart

Step 3: ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหากลับมาหรือไม่

• ปัญหายังคงอยู่: ทำซ้ำ Step 1 และ 2 ใน Step 2 เลือกครึ่งหนึ่งของ Services ที่เลือกใน Step 2 เดิม
• ปัญหาหาย: ทำซ้ำ Step 1 และ 2 ใน Step 2 เลือกครึ่งหนึ่งของ Services ที่ ไม่ได้เลือก ใน Step 2 เดิม ทำซ้ำจนเลือกหมด
• เหลือ Service เดียวและปัญหายังอยู่ → Service นั้นคือสาเหตุ ไป Step 6
• ไม่มี Service ใดก่อให้เกิดปัญหา → ไป Step 4

Step 4: Enable ครึ่งหนึ่งของ Startup Items

หาไม่มี Startup Item ก่อปัญหา Microsoft Services น่าจะเป็นสาเหตุ หา Microsoft Service ที่เป็นสาเหตุโดยทำซ้ำ Step 1 และ 2 โดยไม่ Hide Microsoft Services

Step 5: ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหากลับมาหรือไม่

• ปัญหายังคง: ทำซ้ำ Step 1 และ 4 ใน Step 4 เลือกครึ่งหนึ่งของ Startup Items เดิม
• ปัญหาหาย: ทำซ้ำ Step 1 และ 4 ใน Step 4 เลือกครึ่งหนึ่งของ Startup Items ที่ไม่ได้เลือก ทำซ้ำจนเลือกหมด
• เหลือ Startup Item เดียวและปัญหายังอยู่ → Item นั้นคือสาเหตุ ไป Step 6
• ไม่มี Startup Item ใดก่อปัญหา → Microsoft Services น่าจะเป็นสาเหตุ ทำซ้ำ Step 1 และ 2 โดยไม่ Hide Microsoft Services

Step 6: แก้ไขปัญหา

ตอนนี้คุณควรทราบว่า Startup Item หรือ Service ไหนก่อปัญหา ติดต่อผู้ผลิตโปรแกรมหรือฟอรัมดูว่าสามารถแก้ได้ไหม หรือรัน System Configuration Disable Service/Startup Item นั้น

Step 7: Boot กลับ Normal Startup

1. Windows Key + R > msconfig > OK
2. แท็บ General เลือก Normal Startup > OK
3. เมื่อถาม Restart > Click Restart
