แก้ไข Windows Explorer has stopped working: สาเหตุหลักคือ Windows Files บ้ำนัด จาก ไมลแวร์, Registry บ้ำนัด, Driver ไม่เข้ากัน ฯลฯ Error นี้รบกวนมากเพราะโปรแกรมหลายตัวที่ใช้ Windows Explorer จะทำงานไม่ได้

Windows Explorer คือ File Management App ให้ GUI เข้าถึงไฟล์ (Hard Disk) ใช้ Copy, Move, Delete, Rename, Search ไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ เริ่มทำงานอัตโนมัติตอน Login หาก Crash บ่อย จะทำงานยากมาก

สาเหตุทั่วไป

• System Files บ้ำนัดหรือล้าสมัย
• ไวรัส/มัลแวร์
• Display Drivers ล้าสมัย
• Incompatible Drivers
• RAM ชำรุด

วิธีแก้ไข Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working

แนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม

วิธีที่ 1: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
2. รัน:

   Sfc /scannow
   sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows

3. รอเสร็จ > Restart
4. รัน CHKDSK: Fix File System Errors with Check Disk Utility(CHKDSK)
5. รอเสร็จ > Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

1. Full Antivirus Scan + CCleaner + Malwarebytes
2. ติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
3. รัน Malwarebytes สแกนลบไฟล์อันตราย
4. CCleaner > Cleaner > Windows Tab > ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Run Cleaner
5. Registry Tab > ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues
6. Backup Registry? > Yes > Fix All Selected Issues
7. Restart

วิธีที่ 3: อัปเดต Graphics Card Driver

อัปเดต Driver การ์ดจอจากเว็บ NVIDIA หรือผู้ผลิต หาอัปเดตไม่ได้ดูคู่มือแยกต่างหาก

วิธีที่ 4: Clean Boot

1. Windows Key + R > msconfig Enter
2. General > Selective Startup > ยกเลิก Load startup items
3. Services > ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all
4. Restart > ตรวจสอบ
5. หาแก้ = 3rd Party Software ก่อให้เกิด Enable กลุ่มๆ Services แล้ว Reboot ทดสอบ จนหาตัวก่อให้เกิด
6. หลังเสร็จ กลับ Normal Startup (ติ๊ก Normal Startup ในขั้นตอน 2)

วิธีที่ 5: รัน DISM

1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
2. รัน:

   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Enter รอ 15-20 นาที
4. หมายเหตุ: หาล้มเหลว ลอง:

   Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
   Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess

5. Restart

วิธีที่ 6: ปิดรายการใน Right-Click Context Menu (Shell Extensions)

1. ดาวน์โหลด ShellExView (3rd Party)
2. รัน shexview.exe รอเก็บข้อมูล Shell Extensions
3. Options > Hide All Microsoft Extensions
4. Ctrl + A เลือกทั้งหมด > กด ปุ่มสีแดง (Disable)
5. ยืนยัน Yes
6. หาแก้ = Shell Extension ตัวไหนทำ Crash Enable ทีละตัว (ปุ่มสีเขียว) จน Crash > Disable/Uninstall ตัวนั้น

วิธีที่ 7: ปิด Thumbnails

1. Windows Key + E เปิด File Explorer
2. Ribbon > View > Options > Change folder and search options
3. แท็บ View > ติ๊ก Always show icons, never thumbnails
4. Restart

วิธีที่ 8: รัน Windows Memory Diagnostic

1. ค้นหา "memory" > Windows Memory Diagnostic
2. เลือก Restart now and check for problems
3. Windows Restart ตรวจ RAM > แสดงสาเหตุ Crash
4. Reboot ตรวจสอบ
5. หายังไม่แก้ รัน Memtest86 (ดูใน Fix kernel security check failure)

วิธีที่ 9: Windows BSOD Troubleshoot Tool (Windows 10 Anniversary Update ขึ้นไป)

1. ค้นหา "Troubleshoot" > Troubleshooting
2. Hardware and Sound > Blue Screen
3. Advanced > ติ๊ก Apply repairs automatically
4. Next > รอเสร็จ > Reboot
