ทำไม Windows File Explorer ถึง Not Responding?
มีหลายเหตุผลที่ทำให้ File Explorer Not Responding หรือ Crash บน Windows 10 เช่น Corrupted System Files, Outdated หรือ Problematic Drivers, Virus/Malware Infection เป็นสาเหตุทั่วไป
การติดตั้ง Windows Updates ล่าสุดและซ่อมแซม Corrupted System Files ด้วย System File Checker Tool ช่วยผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ สำหรับบางคน การ Update Display Driver หรือ Scan Virus/Malware แก้ไขปัญหาได้
ก่อนเริ่ม แนะนำให้ Full System Scan ด้วย Antivirus/Antimalware ล่าสุด เพื่อตรวจสอบและลบ Virus/Malware ที่อาจก่อให้เกิด File Explorer Not Responding
รีสตาร์ท Windows Explorer Process
วิธีง่ายและเร็วที่สุดคือ เปิด Task Manager และ Restart Windows Explorer Process
- คลิกขวา Taskbar บน Windows 10 เลือก Task Manager
- หรือกด Ctrl + Shift + Esc พร้อมกันเพื่อเปิด Task Manager
- ที่แท็บ Processes ค้นหา Windows Explorer Process คลิกขวาเลือก Restart
- เพิ่มเติม คุณสามารถเปิด Command Prompt เป็น Administrator รันคำสั่ง taskkill /f /im explorer.exe เพื่อหยุด Windows Explorer Process
- จากนั้นรันคำสั่ง explorer.exe เพื่อเริ่ม Windows Explorer Process ใหม่
กู้คืนค่า Default ของ File Explorer
หากคุณปรับแต่ง File Explorer Settings การ Revert หรือ Reset กลับเป็น Default อาจทำให้ตอบสนองดีขึ้น
- กด Windows + R พิมพ์ control.exe folders กด OK เปิด File Explorer Options
- ที่แท็บ General หา Restore Defaults คลิก
- ไปที่แท็บ View คลิก Reset Folders แล้วคลิก Restore Defaults
- ไปที่แท็บ Search คลิก Restore Defaults แล้ว Apply เพื่อบันทึก
รัน System File Checker Scan
Corrupted System Files เป็นสาเหตุทั่วไปอีกอย่างที่ทำให้ Windows File Explorer Not Responding หรือ Freeze ให้รัน System File Checker Utility ที่สแกน Windows หา Important System Files หากพบ Corrupted SFC จะ Repair หรือ Replace ด้วยไฟล์ที่ถูกต้องโดยอัตโนมัติ
- กด Windows + S พิมพ์ cmd คลิกขวา Command Prompt เลือก Run as Administrator
- พิมพ์คำสั่ง Sfc /scannow กด Enter ระบบจะเริ่มสแกนหา Errors
- ระหว่างสแกน SFC จะตรวจสอบ Windows Files สำคัญทั้งหมดรวมถึง Windows DLL Files
- หาก SFC พบปัญหากับ Protected Files จะ Replace ให้
- รอจนสแกนเสร็จ หาก Windows พบ Error จะแสดง มิฉะนั้นจะแสดง 'No Integrity Violation'
- หลังเสร็จ 100% Restart System และตรวจสอบว่า File Explorer Not Responding แก้ไขแล้วหรือยัง
อัปเดต Windows 10
Microsoft เปิดตัว Windows Updates เป็นประจำพร้อม Bug Fixes และ Improvements ล่าสุดเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบ หลาย Updates แก้ไข Hardware/Software Issues และ Security Flaws หากต้องการ PC ปลอดภัยและไร้ Error แนะนำให้ใช้ Windows Update ดาวน์โหลด Latest Updates
- กด Windows + I เปิด Windows 10 Settings
- ไปที่ Update & Security → Windows Update กด Check for Updates
- หากมี Updates ใหม่หรือ Pending ให้ Allow Download และ Install
- เสร็จแล้ว Reboot Computer เพื่อนำการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปใช้

ตรวจสอบปัญหา Display Drivers
Corrupted และ Incompatible Device Drivers อาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหานี้ โดยเฉพาะ Display Driver บางผู้ใช้รายงานว่า Update Display Driver เป็น Latest Version แก้ปัญหาได้
- กด Windows + X เลือก Device Manager จาก Context Menu
- จะแสดง Driver List ติดตั้งทั้งหมด ค้นหาและขยาย Display Adapter Section

- เปิด Command Prompt เป็น Administrator
- พิมพ์คำสั่ง chkdsk C: /f /r กด Enter
หมายเหตุ: CHKDSK ย่อมาจาก Check Disk, C: คือ Drive Letter ที่ต้องการตรวจสอบ, /F แก้ไข Disk Errors, /R กู้คืนข้อมูลจาก Bad Sectors
- จะมีข้อความ Volume is in use ต้องการ Schedule Check ตอน Restart ถัดไป? (Y/N) กด Y และ Restart Windows
- Windows จะ Scan และ Repair Drive อัตโนมัติ รอจน 100% เสร็จ หลังจากนั้นตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้ไขแล้วหรือยัง
Clean Boot Windows 10
บางครั้ง Startup Applications หรือ Services เฉพาะขัดจังหวะทำให้ File Explorer Crash Clean Boot Windows 10 ช่วยหา Application/Service ที่ก่อให้เกิดปัญหา
- กด Windows + R พิมพ์ msconfig กด OK เปิด System Configuration Window
- ไปที่แท็บ Services ติ๊ก Hide All Microsoft Services แล้วคลิก Disable All
- หลัง Disable All คลิก Apply/OK และ Reboot PC

ล้าง RAM ของระบบจากปัญหา Memory

Perform System Restore เพื่อแก้ไข Error นี้
หากเจอ Error หลัง Install Third-party Software/Application ให้ใช้ System Restore กลับสู่ Settings เดิม
- คลิก Start พิมพ์ System Restore คลิก Create a System Restore Point
- คลิก System Restore เลือก Choose a Different Restore Point แล้ว Next
