แก้ File Explorer Crash ใน Windows 10 - วิธีแก้ครบทุกขั้นตอน

[SOLVED] Windows 10 File Explorer Crashes: ถ้า File Explorer Crash ใน Windows 10 หรือ Windows Explorer Crashing บ่อย (Windows เก่า) ไม่ต้องตกใจ การเปลี่ยนตั้งค่า File Explorer มักแก้ได้ มีหลายวิธี ต้องลองทีละอย่าง เพราะสิ่งที่แก้ได้กับคนหนึ่ง อาจไม่ได้กับอีกคน

เวลาเปิด File Explorer จะ Crash ตลอด เข้าไม่ได้ ปัญหานี้พบบ่อยหลัง Upgrade มา Windows 10 บางเคส Crash เฉพาะเวลา Search บางเคส Right-click ไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ก็ Crash

ไม่มีสาเหตุเดียว แต่อาจมาจาก: ซอฟต์แวร์/ฮาร์ดแวร์ใหม่ขัดแย้ง, Windows Settings เสีย, System Files เสีย, Shell Extensions ผิดปกติ มาแก้กันเลยครับ

[SOLVED] Windows 10 File Explorer Crashes

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ

วิธีที่ 1: รัน SFC และ DISM

  1. Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: 
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows (ถ้าข้างบนล้มเหลว)
  3. รอเสร็จ Reboot
  4. CMD อีกครั้ง พิมพ์ทีละคำสั่ง: 
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  5. รอ DISM เสร็จ
  6. ถ้าไม่ได้ผล ลอง (แก้พาธ Repair Source): 
    Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:\test\mount\windows /LimitAccess
  7. Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: ล้าง File Explorer History

  1. Win + R > control > Control Panel
  2. ค้น File Explorer > File Explorer Options
  3. แท็บ General > กด Clear ใกล้ Clear File Explorer history
  4. Reboot

วิธีที่ 3: หาสาเหตุจาก Event Viewer

  1. Win + R > eventvwr Enter เปิด Event Viewer
  2. ซ้าย: Windows Logs > System
  3. ขวา: หา Error ที่มี เครื่องหมาย ! สีแดง คลิกดู
  4. จะแสดงรายละเอียด Program/Process ที่ทำให้ Explorer Crash
  5. ถ้าเป็น Third-party App > Uninstall ใน Control Panel

วิธีที่ 4: แก้ Root Cause ของ File Explorer Crash

  1. ค้น Reliability ใน Windows Search > Reliability History Monitor
  2. รอสร้างรายงาน จะเจอ Root Cause
  3. ส่วนใหญ่คือ IDTNC64.cpl (ซอฟต์แวร์เสียง IDT) ไม่เข้ากันกับ Windows 10
  4. Win + Q ค้น cmd > คลิกขวา Run as Administrator
  5. พิมพ์: ren IDTNC64.CPL IDTNC64.CPL.old Enter
  6. ปิด CMD Reboot
  7. ถ้า Rename ไม่ได้ > Uninstall IDT Audio Manager ใน Control Panel
  8. ถ้า Control Panel ปิดเอง > Disable Windows Error Reporting Service
  9. Win + R > services.msc > หา Windows Error Reporting Service > Properties > Startup: Disable > Stop
  10. ค้น Control Panel > Uninstall IDT Audio
  11. Reboot > สำคัญ: เปลี่ยน Startup Windows Error Reporting Service กลับเป็น Manual

วิธีที่ 5: Launch Folder Windows In A Separate Process

  1. เปิด File Explorer > View > Options
  2. หมายเหตุ: เข้าไม่ได้ File Explorer ให้เปิด Control Panel ค้น File Explorer Options
  3. แท็บ View > ติ๊ก Launch folder windows in a separate process
  4. Apply > OK > Reboot

วิธีที่ 6: รัน netsh และ Winsock Reset

  1. Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์ทีละคำสั่ง Enter ทุกคำสั่ง: 
    ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
pause
shutdown /r
  3. Reboot

วิธีที่ 7: เปลี่ยนขนาดข้อความ/แอป/รายการอื่นๆ

  1. Win + I > Settings > System > ซ้าย: Display
  2. ตั้ง Change the size of text, apps, and other items เป็น 100% หรือ 150%
  3. หมายเหตุ: อย่าตั้ง 175% เพราะมักก่อให้เกิด Crash
  4. Reboot

วิธีที่ 8: ปิด Shell Extensions ทั้งหมด

ตอนติดตั้งโปรแกรม จะเพิ่ม Item ใน Right-click Context Menu เรียกว่า Shell Extensions ถ้ามีตัวขัดแย้ง จะทำให้ File Explorer Crash

  1. ดาวน์โหลด ShellExView (3rd party tool)
  2. รัน shexview.exe รอเก็บข้อมูล Shell Extensions
  3. Options > Hide All Microsoft Extensions
  4. Ctrl + A Select All > กด ปุ่มแดง (Disable) มุมซ้ายบน
  5. ถ้าถาม Confirm > Yes
  6. ถ้าแก้ได้ แปลว่า Shell Extension ตัวไหนก่อปัญหา เปิดทีละตัว (ปุ่มเขียว) จน Crash อีกครั้ง แล้ว Disable ตัวนั้น หรือ Uninstall โปรแกรมนั้น

วิธีที่ 9: ปิด Quick Access

  1. File Explorer > View > Options (หรือ Control Panel > File Explorer Options)
  2. แท็บ General > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Show recently used files in Quick access และ Show frequently used folders in Quick access ใต้ Privacy
  3. Apply > OK > Reboot

วิธีที่ 10: ให้สิทธิ์ Full Control โฟลเดอร์/ไฟล์ที่ Crash

ใช้ได้เฉพาะ Crash กับไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์เฉพาะเจาะจง

  1. คลิกขวา File/Folder ที่มีปัญหา > Properties > Security > Advanced
  2. Change Owner > ใส่ User Account > Check Names
  3. ถ้าไม่รู้ชื่อ User > Advanced > Find Now > Select User > Double-click
  4. OK > ติ๊ก Replace owner on subcontainers and objects
  5. OK > เปิด Advanced Security Settings ใหม่ > Add > Select a principal
  6. Add User Account อีกครั้ง > OK
  7. Type = Allow > ติ๊ก Full Control > OK
  8. Apply > OK

วิธีที่ 11: Clean Boot

ซอฟต์แวร์ภายนอกขัดแย้ง File Explorer ทำ Clean Boot วินิจฉัย

วิธีที่ 12: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

  1. Win + I > Update & Security > Check for updates
  2. ติดตั้งอัปเดต > Reboot

วิธีที่ 13: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวา Antivirus Icon System Tray > Disable (15-30 นาที)
  2. ทดสอบเปิด App/Program
  3. Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  4. Turn off Windows Firewall > Restart PC > ทดสอบอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 14: ติดตั้ง Graphics Card Driver ใหม่

  1. Safe Mode > Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Display Adapter > คลิกขวา Integrated Display Adapter > Uninstall
  3. ถ้ามี Dedicated GPU > คลิกขวา > Disable
  4. Device Manager Menu > Action > Scan for hardware changes
  5. Reboot
