สำคัญ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
วิธีที่ 1: เปิดใช้งาน Admin Approval Mode สำหรับ Built-in Administrator
- Windows Key + R พิมพ์ secpol.msc กด Enter (Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise)
- ไปที่ Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options
- ดับเบิลคลิก User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account
- ตั้งค่าเป็น Enabled > Apply > OK
- รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
วิธีที่ 2: เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่า User Account Control (UAC)
- Windows Key + X > Control Panel > User Accounts > User Accounts
- คลิก Change User Account Control settings
- ตั้งสไลเดอร์เป็น ระดับที่ 2 จากบน (Notify me only when apps try to make changes)
- OK > รีบูท
วิธีที่ 3: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK
- Command Prompt (Admin) รัน:
sfc /scannow sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
- รอเสร็จ รีบูท แล้วรัน CHKDSK
วิธีที่ 4: รีเซ็ต Windows Store Cache
- Windows Key + R พิมพ์ Wsreset.exe กด Enter
- รอจบกระบวนการ รีสตาร์ท
วิธีที่ 5: สร้าง Local Administrator Account ใหม่
บางครั้งปัญหาอยู่ที่บัญชี Administrator เดิม การสร้างบัญชีใหม่อาจแก้ปัญหาได้
