Windows Update ค้างระหว่างดาวน์โหลด (0%, 20%, 99%) เป็นปัญหาที่พบบ่อย ทำให้ระบบเสี่ยงต่อภัยคุกคามด้านความปลอดภัย เช่น WannaCrypt, Ransomware การแก้ไขจึงสำคัญมาก
วิธีแก้ Windows Update ค้างดาวน์โหลด
สำคัญ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
วิธีที่ 1: ใช้ Windows Update Troubleshooter
- ค้นหา "troubleshooting" ใน Windows Search > เลือก Troubleshooting
- แท็บซ้ายเลือก View all
- เลือก Windows Update จากรายการ
- ทำตามขั้นตอนบนหน้าจอ แล้วรีบูท
วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบบริการ Windows Update ให้ทำงานทั้งหมด
- กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter
- ตรวจสอบบริการ 4 ตัวให้ Startup type เป็น Automatic และสถานะเป็น Running:
- Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
- Cryptographic Service
- Windows Update
- MSI Installer
- Start บริการที่หยุดอยู่ แล้ว Apply, OK, รีบูท
วิธีที่ 3: เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution
- เปิด Command Prompt (Admin)
- หยุดบริการ:
net stop wuauserv net stop cryptSvc net stop bits net stop msiserver
- เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์:
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
- เริ่มบริการใหม่:
net start wuauserv net start cryptSvc net start bits net start msiserver
- รีบูท
วิธีที่ 4: Clean Boot (ปิดบริการ Non-Microsoft)
- Windows Key + R พิมพ์ msconfig กด Enter
- แท็บ General > Selective startup > ยกเลิก Load startup items
- แท็บ Services > ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all
- แท็บ Startup > Open Task Manager > Disable ทุกอย่าง
- OK > Restart > ทดสอบ Windows Update
- หลังแก้ไขแล้ว กลับไปตั้งค่า Normal Startup ใน msconfig แล้ว Restart อีกครั้ง
วิธีที่ 5: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK
- Command Prompt (Admin) รัน:
sfc /scannow sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
- รอเสร็จ รีบูท แล้วรัน CHKDSK
วิธีที่ 6: ใช้ Microsoft Fixit (ทางเลือกสุดท้าย)
- ดาวน์โหลด "Fix Windows Update errors" จากเว็บ Microsoft
- รันเป็น Administrator > Advanced > Apply repairs automatically
- ทำตามขั้นตอนจนเสร็จ
