Your Account Has Been Disabled. Please See Your System Administrator [SOLVED]
บางครั้ง Windows โยนข้อผิดพลาดที่ไม่คาดคิด หนึ่งในนั้นคือ “Your Account Has Been Disabled. Please See Your System Administrator” เมื่อพยายาม Login Windows หมายความว่า Administrator Account ถูก Disable ใน Windows 10 และคุณจะ Login ไม่ได้จนกว่าจะ Enable Account กลับคืน
ปัญหานี้อาจเกิดจาก:
- Restart คอมพิวเตอร์อย่างกะทันหันระหว่าง System Restore, Reset หรือ Refresh Process
- โปรแกรมบุคคลที่ 3 ติดเชื้อระบบและล็อกคุณออกจาก Administrator Account
- สร้าง User Account ใหม่ แต่มัน Restart ก่อน Process เสร็จ ทำให้เห็น Username เป็น defaultuser0 และแสดง Error นี้
ผู้ใช้ไม่รู้จะทำอย่างไร เพราะถูก Lock Out จาก Account ไม่สามารถ Troubleshoot ได้ จนกว่าจะ Login เข้าสู่ Account หรือ Windows ได้ มาดูวิธีแก้ไขกัน
วิธีที่ 1: เปิดใช้งาน Administrator Account ด้วย Command Prompt
- ที่หน้าจอ Login ที่แสดง Error คลิก Power Button กดค้าง Shift คลิก Restart (ค้าง Shift)
- ค้าง Shift จนเห็น Advanced Recovery Options Menu
- ไปที่: Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt
- พิมพ์คำสั่งใน cmd กด Enter: net user administrator /active:yes
- Reboot คอมพิวเตอร์ อาจสามารถ Fix Your Account Has Been Disabled. Please See Your System Administrator error message ได้
วิธีที่ 2: สร้าง User Account ใหม่พร้อมสิทธิ์ Administrator
- ที่หน้าจอ Login คลิก Power Button กดค้าง Shift คลิก Restart
- ค้าง Shift จนเห็น Advanced Recovery Options Menu
- ไปที่: Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup settings > Restart
- หลัง Restart จะเห็นหน้าจอสีน้ำเงินพร้อมตัวเลือก กดหมายเลขถัดจาก Enable Safe Mode with Command Prompt
- Login เข้าสู่ Administrator Account ใน Safe Mode เปิด Command Prompt พิมพ์: net user /add <name of the user account you want to create> net localgroup administrators <name of the user account you want to create> /add
- พิมพ์ shutdown /r ใน cmd กด Enter เพื่อ Restart
- คุณสร้าง User Account ใหม่พร้อมสิทธิ์ Administrator สำเร็จแล้ว
หมายเหตุ: หาก Boot Safe Mode ไม่ได้ ให้เลือก Command Prompt จาก Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt ใน Advanced Recovery Options Menu แล้วพิมพ์คำสั่งขั้นตอนที่ 5 แล้วดำเนินต่อ
วิธีที่ 3: ใช้ Local User and Group Snap-in
หลังจากสร้าง User Account ใหม่พร้อมสิทธิ์ Administrator แล้ว ให้ Login เข้าบัญชีนั้น และทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง
- กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ lusrmgr.msc กด Enter
- จากเมนูซ้าย เลือก Users ภายใต้ Local Users and Groups
- ในหน้าต่างขวา ดับเบิลคลิก Administrator หรือ Account ที่มีปัญหา
- ไปแท็บ General Uncheck Account is disabled และ Uncheck Account is locked out เพื่อความแน่ใจ
- คลิก Apply ตามด้วย OK
- ปิดทั้งหมด Reboot คอมพิวเตอร์
- ลอง Login เข้าบัญชีที่เคย Error อีกครั้ง
