- Windows Key + R พิมพ์ netplwiz Enter เปิด User Account Settings
- จากรายชื่อบัญชีผู้ใช้ เลือกบัญชีที่มีปัญหา
- Highlight บัญชีแล้วคลิก Properties
- หน้าต่างใหม่ ไปแท็บ Group Membership
- จะมี 3 ตัวเลือก: Standard, Administrator, Other ให้ ติ๊ก Administrator Apply แล้ว OK
- จะได้สิทธิ์เต็มในการบันทึก/เปลี่ยนสิทธิ์ไฟล์ใน Windows 10 ด้วยสิทธิ์ Administrator
- ปิดทุกอย่าง ลองบันทึกไฟล์ใหม่
วิธีที่ 2: เปลี่ยน Permissions
- ไป C: drive คลิกขวา Properties
- แท็บ Security คลิก Edit
- ติ๊ก Full control สำหรับ home users และ Administrator
- Apply OK
- คลิกขวา C: drive อีกครั้ง Properties
- แท็บ Security คลิก Advanced
- หน้าต่าง Advanced Security Settings คลิก Change permissions
- เลือกบัญชีผู้ใช้ที่มีปัญหา คลิก Edit
- ติ๊ก Full Control ใต้ Basic permissions OK
- Apply OK
- ปิดทุกอย่าง รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 3: Workaround (วิธีหลีกเลี่ยง)
หากไม่ต้องการวิธีซับซ้อน ลองวิธีนี้: คลิกขวา Shortcut ที่เปิดโปรแกรม เลือก Run as Administrator เปิดโปรแกรม แล้วบันทึกไฟล์ไปตำแหน่งที่ต้องการ ครั้งนี้จะทำได้สำเร็จ
วิธีที่ 4: Format ไดรฟ์เป็น NTFS
หมายเหตุ: อย่า Format ไดรฟ์ที่มี Windows (C:) เพราะจะลบทุกอย่าง
- เปิด File Explorer (Windows Key + E) ไป This PC
- เลือกไดรฟ์ที่มีปัญหา คลิกขวา Format
- หมายเหตุ: อย่าเลือก Local Disk (C:)

หากยังมีปัญหาหลังลองทุกวิธี ต้อง Format ทั้งดิสก์ด้วย NTFS แล้วติดตั้ง Windows ใหม่ เพื่อแก้ถาวร
