วิธีแก้ไข Microsoft Edge เปิดหลายหน้าต่าง

ข้อแนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1: ลบ Browsing History, Cookies, Data, Cache

  1. Edge > 3 จุดมุมขวา > Settings
  2. Scroll ลง > Clear browsing data > Choose what to clear
  3. ติ๊ก Everything > Clear > Restart Edge

วิธีที่ 2: Reset Microsoft Edge (ผ่าน Safe Mode)

  1. Windows Key + R > msconfig > Boot tab > ติ๊ก Safe Boot > Apply > OK > Restart (เข้ Safe Mode)
  2. Windows Key + R > %localappdata% Enter > Packages > Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
  3. หรือไปตรง: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
  4. ลบไฟล์ทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์นี้ (หา Access Denied: คลิก Continue, Uncheck Read-only, Apply, ลบใหม่)
  5. Windows Key + Q > powershell > Run as Administrator
  6. รันคำสั่ง PowerShell: 
    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" –Verbose}
  7. Reinstall Edge เสร็จ > msconfig > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Safe Boot > Reboot ปกติ

วิธีที่ 3: Perform Clean Boot

ซอฟต์แวร์ภายนอกขัดกับ Edge ทำ Clean Boot วินิจฉัย

วิธีที่ 4: ตั้งค่า Edge เปิดเว็บไซต์เฉพาะ

  1. Edge > 3 จุด > Settings
  2. Open Microsoft Edge with dropdown > A specific page or pages
  3. ใส่ URL เช่น https://google.com > Save > Close Edge > Reboot

วิธีที่ 5: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

  1. ติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
  2. รัน Malwarebytes สแกนลบมัลแวร์
  3. รัน CCleaner: Cleaner > Windows tab ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Run Cleaner
  4. Registry tab > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues > Backup Registry > Fix All > Restart
